Worst Customer Service, didn’t even get the order correct (only ordered one thing) called and Manager didn’t care and they didn’t give a receipt so wouldn’t do anything about it! They couldn’t even figure out how to process the credit card.

The food is horrible. I'm not going back. I've given this location several tries. The food is ALWAYS cold, the skin is always soggy and falling off the chicken. My sister brought me a meal yesterday and the food as usual was cold, the biscuit was stale, and the mashed potatoes went in the trash. They really need to do better.

I️ just came through drive thru 11/2 @415pm and repeated how I️ wanted my chicken tenders twice. Before I️ pulled Off I️ checked my box and the chicken tenders were not the way I️ asked (honey bbq). Not a big deal for me just wanted it fixed. I informed them that that’s not what I️ asked for. The cashier then put his hand out (no words) for the food back and then told me to pull up to wait for the corrected order. I️ declined and told him I have to be at work. This infuriated the Manager and she comes to the window aggressively and blamed the order being wrong on me. She huffed puffed rolled her eyes and complained loudly. At this point I️ didn't even trust her remaking my food and told the cashier I️ wanted a refund. The manager ignored my request and continued to make my order and attempted to hand it to me. Anyways my experience here is usually ok with a few errors but the cashier couldn’t even speak (hello, how are you doing) and the manager was rude and aggressive. “Whatever, she can have her money back”

I want to send a shout out 📢and a heartfelt thank you 🥰 to the KFC staff, they made my mom feel special on her 93rd birthday. The managers and employees always look after my mom and I know that, when I’m not there, she’s in great hands. Aside from their service and good food the team has made this location feel like a family as they greet each incoming customer (oftentimes by name) making everyone feel special. Every Sunday has been a good day at KFC for my mom but today, on her birthday was extra special. I hope the morning/afternoon team receives this thank you not just from me but from the Corporate Office as well because it is well deserved. Thanks again Ramsey St KFC, you’re the best !! ☝🏽

This is by far the worse KFC I've been to. First of all I had to repeat my order 3 times in the drive thru. Then they still didn't even bring me what I asked. No french fries I asked for, no drink that comes with meal, not the right sauces and I still had to wait for the food to come out. The manager either needs to get control or be fired. I will be calling corporate.

Food was good but the people did not know the diffefenece between a thigh and a breast. My wife ordered a breast meal.. she got a large thigh, soo we thought they made a mistake.. so I go up to the counter and tell them the mistake.. guess what they give us another large thigh.. We were confused.. my wife went ahead and ate it. she does not like dark meat at all.. I guess our sermon help both of us!!
