Best KFC I ever been too…hands down! Great customer service, the food is always fresh & the inside is upkept/cleaned CONSTANTLY. I cannot recommend this location enough. If corporate needed an example of a perfect KFC location, this would be the one to use!
Additional shoutout to Mr. Charles! When he’s making your food, you know you in good hands. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, & very fast. I highly recommend the management in this location promote him immediately. The COL would be proud LOL

Come thru the drive thru around 9:00pm last night 2/6/25, and the young girl working the windows was super sweet, helpful, and professional! I was really impressed because that's hard to find these days, especially that late in the evening. I wish I caught her name, but I want to thank her again for the excellent customer service!

I mainly came here to say that whomever the big girl in the window today 01/25/2025 4:03 in the afternoon customer service skills are TERRIBLE. Her attitude is non caring, and not friendly at all. To make matters worst she didn’t even get all of our order and it had to be done at the window. Just to drive off and the order was wrong. She never said how are you or have a nice day. Was literally just a blob in the window. You guys should fire her if she doesn’t want to be there. SIMPLE FIX rather than losing business!

This is my 3rd time coming to this KFC. I came in few times to give them opportunity because I know we can have a bad day sometimes. But definitely the service of this places is highly horrible. I also had to see how the people that came after me have gotten there food and I had not received my yet. Definitely not coming back.

I ordered a 3 piece extra crispy chicken package with coleslaw as a side and biscuit. A drink comes with the order however I told them I did not need the drink. With this order I have in the past received 2 chicken breasts and a wing. I was told at the window that they only had 2 extra crispy chicken pieces and 1 regular KFC chicken. I told them that was fine. When I got home I had 3 chicken wings in my pack which they did not mention. No breasts. I called to speak with the manager. The managers name was "Zora". I told her what happened. She claimed she was on the line and packed the chicken and no wings were packed. I dont appreciate being lied to. She told me to come back and I told her I would not be back. I told that $10.35 was too much money for 3 chicken wings. Your customer service is not good. I gave you a 2 rating because at least the coleslaw was good Shame on you all.
