I haven’t had KFC in awhile and wanted to give it a try. WORST MISTAKE EVER! I got a 3pc dark, side and a biscuit. The biscuits use to be so fluffy, but this is the 1st time in my life I had an “extra crispy” biscuit. This was beyond the hardest biscuit I’ve ever had!
The flavor of the chicken was like normal, but you can tell the chicken had been sitting under a heat lamp for most of the day. I don’t remember the original recipe to be slightly crispy… that’s why I know it was old.
This location has ruined my want for KFC ever again… yuck!

It was a young lady there and I went and got a hot wing dinner and me and her was cracking up and I was telling her about how much I loved the hot sauce when she was really amazing really friendly just a joy just to come through her drive-thru the lady with the blue and brown eyes🩷🫶🏾❤️🧡💚🫶🏾

I guess it depends who is working and the manager on staff. I order a chicken pot pie, first the last carry it upside down I should've been a clue to ask for a refund. Anyway got home the crust was flat, still being optimistic I got a fork and dugged into it, it was dry, very dry, like it was old and reheated. No one answered the phone when I called to complain about it.
On September 17, 2025, I ordered 4 apple pies at KFC on Morgantown Road in Fayetteville, NC and the apple pies were old. KFC should not have been allowed to sell food like that. I usually don't have a problem with my order, but today, the apple pies were awful, so awful that I had to throw them in the trash!

Paid for 24 pieces, but only received 22. The woman who packed my order around 6:30 pm separated them into 3 buckets with a rude attitude — very disappointing service. I won’t come back.

They turn the fryer off way before closing, so if you order online around 8:30 pm, don’t expect to get what you actually paid for. Pretty ridiculous, right? The staff comes off as rude and more focused on leaving early than serving customers. If you don’t want to do the job, just quit it’s really that simple.

Best KFC I ever been too…hands down! Great customer service, the food is always fresh & the inside is upkept/cleaned CONSTANTLY. I cannot recommend this location enough. If corporate needed an example of a perfect KFC location, this would be the one to use!
Additional shoutout to Mr. Charles! When he’s making your food, you know you in good hands. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, & very fast. I highly recommend the management in this location promote him immediately. The COL would be proud LOL

Come thru the drive thru around 9:00pm last night 2/6/25, and the young girl working the windows was super sweet, helpful, and professional! I was really impressed because that's hard to find these days, especially that late in the evening. I wish I caught her name, but I want to thank her again for the excellent customer service!

Place online order at 9:17pm and was told when I got there that they have no more chicken and refused to make any more. They close at 10pm so I was very confused. They also said they don’t do refunds

I mainly came here to say that whomever the big girl in the window today 01/25/2025 4:03 in the afternoon customer service skills are TERRIBLE. Her attitude is non caring, and not friendly at all. To make matters worst she didn’t even get all of our order and it had to be done at the window. Just to drive off and the order was wrong. She never said how are you or have a nice day. Was literally just a blob in the window. You guys should fire her if she doesn’t want to be there. SIMPLE FIX rather than losing business!
