I ordered 3 Chicken sandwiches one was a meal.You're in the band's was totally burned.I have pictures of it.I called customer service.I only got ten dollars and some cents refund on a twenty nine dollar order. I will not return to this kfc ever again

I always go to this one but the past two weeks I ordered from there each time they shorted me a chicken it's like they are purposely shorten people out ! 😒 I don't think me and my family is going to this one anymore. No JOKE!!!

after waiting 30 minutes they told me the order was already picked up by another dasher but THIS WAS A MOBILE ORDER NOT A DOOR DASH. she said she’d check and let me know then turned all the lights off and locked the doors.

Honestly I don’t even know why they are still open. Every single time I place a mobile order I wait in the drive through for 20-30 minutes just for them to turn around and tell me I have to come inside. Then I have to wait another 20-30 minutes inside. These people don’t give a crap and I don’t know who manages this place but they need a new manager.

So I usually go to this KFC but as of today I will be traveling a little further to go to a KFC that's further out when I want KFC I understand that you cannot do a whole bucket of legs as you explained but if a customer asks you how many you can put in there you should tell them how many and not yell at them I can't do that I can't do that it's their money not yours! The did say they had a wait on chicken 20 minutes I was willing to wait.

If I could leave a zero review I would... Starters, they left part of my order out. No biggie. Call to tell them, waiting on hold over 5 mins for a manager to come to the phone. During the time I was waiting, left to go back to the store. I was able to make it back before they came to the phone. When I walked in, The first employee I approached (while still on the call waiting for the manager) rolled her eyes at me as if I'd done something wrong. After getting the remainder of my order, get back home and each biscuit in the order was hard enough to break a window. All in all... Y'all dropped the ball big time. Ugh.

Great location and great people (especially James Hamm and Daynia McDonald)! I placed an online order and on my way to pick up, was involved in a 3 car accident. After an hour, I went to get my food but it had been sitting there ready for a while. I explained the situation and Daynia immediately went to James so see about remaking my order. He said absolutely but let me know there would be a wait on chicken. (Making it fresh and everything!) Daynia asked me if I was ok and reassured me that everything would be well and they would help me with their service. She even provided me a drink while I waited for my food. I went out to my car to see about my rear end damage and James came out to see about helping me. He assisted me with finding a way to keep my truck door closed since the latch would not close properly and even advised/informed me to jerryrig a way to make sure the trunk was light off to not drain my battery.Daynia brought out my food and again gave me positive help and reassurance. Again, amazing people and amazing customer service. Really helped turn a bad night into a bad night with fresh food. Great service!

First off the man who took my order was great. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS TRASH. I spent 11.87 of my hardworking money and did not get what I ordered. That wouldve been deemed a simple mistake but the receipt read my order correctly. Then on top of that I get home and realize my order was wrong so I called the store over 10 times(still calling as I write this) and they haven't answered. What is the point of having a phone if your GOING TO IGNORE IT RINGING. That's just unprofessional. Especially seeing that while I was in there the employees were on their personal phones. If I had one of their personal numbers then I guess it'd be easier to get in touch with KFC that way. I guess I'm going to have to be content with them carelessly bamboozling me out of my hard earned money and my food as well. Not to mention the gas it'd take to have to go back to KFC just to get what I should have gotten from the beginning. ESPECIALLY seeing that I was the ONLY CUSTOMER THERE. If I want to waste my money that's my business but to have somebody else waste my money is a big hell no for me. If you don't want your money wasted dont to this KFC because they will do it and they won't care they did it. And btw. My biscuit hard as a rock as well. Smh would have done better making a pb and j at home.
