Went for a quick dinner trip here. Not expecting gourmet cooking, but edible at the very least. Last customer of the night and yet still messed up the order. I ordered a 3pc meal with mash and gravy, and I only get gravy. The one working the window disappeared with my debit card and never gave my drink. Had the honk my horn and flash light to get someones attention. She got my drink and found my card luckily. Thought to give this place another shot, sadly still disappointed after many years it never changed. So that is not the employees anymore, but poor management now

I don't even know what to say other than I was very disappointed. My Pepsi was mostly seltzer water, my apple turnovers were so cold and I'll let the chicken pot pie picture talk for itself it is solid. The only good thing was the girl at the window was pleasant. I was so looking forward to some warm comfort food on on a cold rainy night.

Ordering online ahead of time when I got here to get food had me pull up to door and wait and waited for about 20 mins for food I ordered that should’ve bn ready or at least close to ready ..placed order at 655 didn’t receive until 720

Why is the skin of their chicken so dark? Are they frying old chicken or are they using old oil to fry the chicken and not changing it out? The service was good though.

I was so close to giving this spot 5 stars the only reason I didn’t is because they burnt my livers the last time I went. They get 4 stars because they have livers in the first place. They always have short lines and the food is usually mostly fresh and fast. Thanks.

I got a 16 piece bucket of bone in chicken and four large side orders, macaroni & cheese, green beans, Cole slaw and mashed potatoes. It was good. I had to wait outside in my car for a few minutes because they were having an inspection. They gave me a half gallon of sweet tea, for the wait for free.

EVERY time I go here they short me chicken or leave something out last time it was 4 biscuits, 2 pieces chicken and a side this time 2 pieces chicken time before that was 2 breasts IDK why I even try ordering from them anymore. Either employees stealing or cant count but you order a family meal Or more then a 2 or 3 piece better set in parking lot and count all of it.This is closest one to my house but I thibk this will be my last time ordering from them until they can get employees that can count to 4 each for a 16 piece

I ordered 3 Chicken sandwiches one was a meal.You're in the band's was totally burned.I have pictures of it.I called customer service.I only got ten dollars and some cents refund on a twenty nine dollar order. I will not return to this kfc ever again

Placed a mobile order @9pm 2/13/2025 after waiting 30 minutes they told me the order was already picked up by another dasher but THIS WAS A MOBILE ORDER NOT A DOOR DASH. she said she’d check and let me know then turned all the lights off and locked the doors.

Honestly I don’t even know why they are still open. Every single time I place a mobile order I wait in the drive through for 20-30 minutes just for them to turn around and tell me I have to come inside. Then I have to wait another 20-30 minutes inside. These people don’t give a crap and I don’t know who manages this place but they need a new manager.
