First off the man who took my order was great. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS TRASH. I spent 11.87 of my hardworking money and did not get what I ordered. That wouldve been deemed a simple mistake but the receipt read my order correctly. Then on top of that I get home and realize my order was wrong so I called the store over 10 times(still calling as I write this) and they haven't answered. What is the point of having a phone if your GOING TO IGNORE IT RINGING. That's just unprofessional. Especially seeing that while I was in there the employees were on their personal phones. If I had one of their personal numbers then I guess it'd be easier to get in touch with KFC that way. I guess I'm going to have to be content with them carelessly bamboozling me out of my hard earned money and my food as well. Not to mention the gas it'd take to have to go back to KFC just to get what I should have gotten from the beginning. ESPECIALLY seeing that I was the ONLY CUSTOMER THERE. If I want to waste my money that's my business but to have somebody else waste my money is a big hell no for me. If you don't want your money wasted dont to this KFC because they will do it and they won't care they did it. And btw. My biscuit hard as a rock as well. Smh would have done better making a pb and j at home.

It's like ordering for McDonald's, you don't get the sauce even if you ask for it. I always ask for the kfc sauce with my fries but never gets it's, and it happens every time. But I guess it's my fault I should've learned from the first time. Like who eats kfc with no sauce. They need to do something about that. Idk what the manager or whoever in charge is doing. It's either they don't care about the service as long as they're getting paid or they're just don't know how to do their job. Do better!

They didn't have any eating utensils. They were out of white meat original and crispy. The mashed potatoes and gravy were soupy. The coleslaw were soupy. On a positive note, they had plenty of hot sauce.

Ordered an extra side of mac and cheese with a 2pc order. Got all the way home to give the food to my daughter to be told there's no mac and cheese in the box/bag (she wasnted that and mashed potatoes). I attempted to call 3x on my way back to the restaurant, no success. I know they not that busy. I pull up to the window and say "you forgot the mac and cheese". There was no apology then and no apology when they handed me the missing food. In my head... I'm like where is customer service???? If this was my store or employees, an apology would have been given and an extra piece of chicken for the inconvenience. I wasted time and gas, coming back. Neither which can be replaced. ?

The food was hot and fresh pretty busy line , chicken sandwiches cooked perfectly and good fresh seasoned fries nice cashier at drive through. Please keep this up we need this type of service for fast food in Fayetteville.
