The Place was honestly welcoming which is shocking to see over here in NC, the lady that was up front, pretty sure her name was CeCe, very nice and generous too and was patient with us as we took the time to think of what to order which immediately gives the place such a better vibe knowing there's not much to worry about. Food was overall good and would come here again.

I’m not sure who the lady was running the register on 10-29-25 and if she was the manager or not but she does an amazing job. When I say she had this place moving it’s an understatement. This ladies ability to multi task is something I haven’t seen in a long time. She was literally running the drive thru while running the register in the customer area. Effortlessly. The staff clearly takes a liking to her because after they busted out all the orders they all flocked around her. She’s clearly a star associate. I wish I would’ve taken down her name to add it to the review but my only description is she was a younger white lady with brunette hair. If she’s not the manager I really hope the manager see how good of a worker she is. 10 out of 10 experience and the food was delicious

The lady that took my order was so sweet, but this is by far the nastiest KFC I have ever went into. Food was burnt and cold. Flies everywhere all in the windows. Dinning area was so dirty it was sticky. Floors were filthy. Cigarette lighters on the bar where food warmers were. Just gross

Okay, the customer service was so great, so I feel bad but this place is absolutely disgusting inside. Dust hanging from ac vents in the kitchen, visible MOLD inside the ice dispenser and on the drink machine. There was standing water on the floor in the kitchen. It smelled. It totally creeped me out. I didn’t eat, drink and barely touched anything. My husband didn’t care 😂

Absolutely horrible. Do not go to this place at all! Placed an order online, didn't receive full order. Went inside, waited another 30 minutes! Still didn't get everything. Staff does not know what they are doing or what's going on!

I went into the drive thru, and asked for a order of chicken livers. I was told it would be about the 17 min. Wait I said I didn't mind. It took over 20 minutes and after I got home brought them to my wife she told me they have us chicken gizzards. She called back to tell them the error and they told her they ran out, that's why they gave us gizzards of we want lovers we could come back Tomorrow and order some. Receiving what you paid for shouldn't be to much to ask for.

And to whoever made the famous bowl, thank you so much. It was made so well. So much so that my daughter changed her order from a different restaurant and we swung back through and got her one!

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered 3 combos, 2 sides, and a bowl. The order came to $50.00. What was delivered to me was 1 combo with a biscuit that was so stale that it could have broken a window, and a bowl that was so dry it tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours before it came to me.
Horrible. Will never shop, eat, or order from here again. Get some employees that can do their job properly.

I don't know what they did to those spicy wings but they were atomically hot and not edible, It burned going in and coming out. Them wings made me sick. They need to evaluate that.

We just left out of there about 30 minutes ago. I ordered the new spicy wings and the wedges, with Mike’s Hot Honey sauce. First bite I noticed that the chicken has like a purple tint. My mom says maybe that’s the stuff they use on it to make the chicken spicy. I pulled another wing, and the same colored appeared. It didn’t look appetizing at all! I have never seen wings (even spicy wings), that color in the inside! Them thangs was not cooked! The wedges were good, and fresh, that’s all I ended up eating. I should’ve stuck to what I know, chicken nuggets! I gave 2 starts for the food because of the wedges. The service wasn’t bad, and neither was the atmosphere.
