Just did a DoorDash from here for my parents. None of the basic accompaniments for eating; i.e. plasticware, napkins, ketchup were included in the delivery order. I called and was told that you have to request napkins, plasticware, etc. as it's not automatically included in a delivery order. You have to ask for napkins...My mom did say the wings were okay.

Kickback Jack’s is hands down the best spot for wings in the area! Their wings are consistently flavorful, perfectly cooked, and have a great variety of sauces to choose from. The customer service is phenomenal—friendly, attentive, and always making you feel welcome. Whether you’re dining in or picking up, the experience is top-notch every time. Highly recommend!

I ordered steak rolls. They definitely have changed over the years. 3 steak rolls for $12.00 to me It won't, worth it. the taste was not giving me delicious

The best service & great food. If u wanna enjoy a big game, this is the place to be. Also if u want to satisfy the whole family with great entertainment and a good meal, this is the place to go.

The most fun we've ever had at a sports bar. This town is so diverse that just about every team playing Sunday afternoon had fans. Great environment. Service was amazing, and the food was very very good. Fish and chips was the surprising winner for our crowd, but the loaded fries and wings were also awesome.

Leaving this restaurant 1 star is saddening because we are frequent flyers to this location however, I won’t let this go unnoticed for the next customer who dines here. My mother came with my family and ordered WELL done chicken wings. The wings in the picture are the batch she was given. When she showed them to the server she said verbatim “yeah those are definitely raw”. After taking them away she explained they would be remade and brought the check over. I questioned if she had informed her manager of the situation and requested that one be brought to the table. The manager apologized for his staff and seemed very dismissive to the problem being that a new batch was just brought to the table. When she asked for an adjustment on the bill after being served visibly UNDERCOOKED meat his response was “we typically don’t adjust anything but I’ll see what I can do”. After taking 50% of the wings off of the bill we paid and left. We returned home and she immediately began vomiting with stomach cramps. Salmonella poison is not something to take lightly, I will be taking her to the ER shortly. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR FOOD HERE!

Overall good time and service was on point the whole night. Would come back again

I ordered sirloin steak, shrimp, with mashed potatoes the food was delicious. The service was phenomenonal with an electric atmosphere.
