Lauren was our waitress and she did an amazing job! She had a ton of tables but made sure to check on us with everything and made sure we didn’t need anything! From one waitress to another we greatly appreciated her service and she kept a smile on her face the entire time!! We will definitely be back! Thank you Lauren!!

I was a bit disappointed and maybe it was because my expectations were higher to start with. It was clean and the staff were super friendly. The food was decent but nothing that would make me want to keep coming back. It was a bit underwhelming and I am not sure I would go back. Fries were a bit tired the flounder was very good. Fried pickles were average. But the ribeye was just not well seasoned and not cooked as asked.

One of my fav Restaurant. I love the chicken wings and alfredo.
I was wanted there because of my service dog. I have never been questioned at a restaurant like that. So I you love your service dog dont go there. He came to my table 3 times regarding my dogHe was quiet and sat still and the mangers even felt the need to tell me I couldn't feed my dog inside. DUH wasn't planning on feeding him inside. I would be.back

Nice menue choices and reasonably priced. No waiting and great service. Chose chicken wings and fries. I love there choices of sauces and preparation style.
Horrible experience - waitress with an attitude, manager who was no better. Waited and waited for drinks, food was delivered after 45 minutes and was cold. We won't be back.

First time ever at a Kickback restaurant and we were blown away!!!We ordered two appetizers and meals. We found out the appetizers were a meal. Our food was amazing! The atmosphere was so much fun, nearly everyone in the place was singing along to the music.Our total came to 87.00 and we’ll worth it. Our server was so top notch. She was friendly and never once left us waiting for her. So thank you for providing us with a wonderful experience all around. More restaurants could and should model after you. I bet you’re glad they don’tThanks again!

This restaurant is excellent. The service from Jordynn was fast and accurate, and the food was exceptional! The chicken tender meal was delicious, and some of the tenderest chicken I’ve ever had. Excellent experience!
