KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

I woukd say overall good experience. Good food and we had an enjoyable meal. Service was quick. My only complaint was it was VERY hot and smokey in the restaurant which made it very uncomfortable. It was cold outside so i can only imagine its gonna get worse in the summer months. They need to do something about the ventilation

Even though busy, a relaxed atmosphere. Wait staff will help with preparing your food if you like- a big help when you have to cook for others at your table. The ipad to order additional items was very convenient. Therewas a nice variety abs the food was very fresh and tasty. Sasha, our server, was so warm and friendly. Highly recommend if you like korean bbq and hot pot. I'm sorry for the limited photos! We dug in before I thought to review.

Our experience was amazing! I read all the reviews before coming and was thankful for the knowledge they provided. I knew we would have to get in the waiting line. So I made sure I did that before heading that way. By the time we got there our table was ready! Our waitress Shante (I may be misspelling her name) was very knowledgeable and guided us through the process. The food was all amazing and we loved the concept of cooking our own thing and adding our own flavors. You definitely should try this out! The price was well worth it!

The food was amazing! Great place for a special occasion or celebration. We were celebrating a birthday and the birthday person got a free meal with ID. Especially liked the ribeye steaks and the Japanese soup. The prepared food on the buffet was good as well, especially the seaweed salad. It was a very pleasant surprise. Definitely will be going back again. Only thing I would complain about was the service. Our drinks were not refilled properly and the waitress couldn’t be found at times.

For a Hot pot you really don’t have many choices on your soup base & buffet for veggies was okay. For the price is was okay. Disappointed that they didn’t have any boba drinks. I prefer to drive to Cary and eat at So Hot.

Great Customer Service.. Detra provided excellent service!! I believe Kpot has the best HR department in the food industry in Fayetteville. Usually Bigger food business have a hard time competing with the main stream food chains around due to the turnover. But the Staff here has done an excellent job hiring and retaining their employees. I have been here several time and can say this place is consistence and it’s nice to see the same faces when getting service. Food was amazing like always. Service top notch.

Best place to spend your money in Fayetteville.

Food is outstanding! Our server, Detra, was definitely the icing on the cake! She was FANTASTIC!!! Her energy and enthusiasm made our experience all that much better! Will be coming back again all thanks to her!
