There has been maggots found in the yeast used to make the donuts! The A/C is always going out! They show favoritism! It’s a hostile work environment! They don’t always wear their gloves when handling the food and they’re always drinking and eating near the food!

Drive thru young man was very rude and unprofessional. Such a shame for a beautiful store. Mr. James is a wonderful help and customer service professional. He really resolved several issues I’ve received deal with employees or the app.

Had a horrible experience on March 8th around 6:30pm.The drive thru line was so slow and when I finally got to the place to order, the girl over the speaker was extremely rude, I asked for 3 types of donuts and she kept saying they were out and I was starting to wonder well what do yall have. I ordered 6 donuts and she said $16 and to me that sounds absolutely insane for 6 donuts. I asked if that was correct and she started yelling at me and at that point I was no longer having an appetite. It wasn’t the money but the horrible attitude by the cashier. I ended up just leaving. Do better. Makes me not ever want to go back to that location.
This crispy crème needs to close down it is the worst one any where around customer service is awful

Cream filled donuts should be filled with cream not empty! Original Glazed tastes funny like burnt grease. Not happy that the lemon filled has been discontinued and that nothing hardly has original glaze anymore

Well, we stopped by early (0740) so I figured I would get some nice fresh doughnuts, Assorted Dozen. I was just let down for they had to have been from yesterday (several Valentines day doughnuts). Perhaps they weren't made in the store, but at the price, a let down. You could see they shrunk a little and the filling was already leaking into the doughnuts. They were ok, but kind of a let down.
