I got a dozen and 2 iced coffees. I ask the girl was it Bavarian cream in a certain donut she said yes. It wasn’t. The donuts are so small now. I paid almost 32.00 and have to say we were all disappointed in the size and the taste. Used to love KK. Now I will do my donut shopping at Walmart where they are bigger and have barvarian cream and wayyyyyyy cheaper. And actually taste better than the ones I got on Friday 4/12/24.

20$ for 12 donuts… I love their donuts but look like they like them more then I do so looks like they will be keeping their donuts from now on. Have they have lost their mind!?!? They are not worth 2$ a piece either. This is one greedy company that will run itself in the ground with those stupid price for dough.
I got the eclipse donut, my family ate them all before I got to eat one.

SENIORS BEWARE and do ASK FOR YOUR DISCOUNTVisiting from Maryland. I was not offered a senior citizen discount. When noticing that another customer was automatically given it, we inquired why we weren’t provided a discount. We were told we didn’t ask and the cashier would have to go get the manager which the cashier wasn’t willing to do as it would only be for $.10. 10% of $9.00 isn’t $.10 as you well know. It was the attitude displayed by the cashier. Will not be coming this way anytime soon. But SENIORS BEWARE and do ASK FOR YOUR DISCOUNT PLEASE.

The hubby went to purchase a dozen of donuts and use the buy one dozen get another regular glazed for $2. The lady at the drive thru window had a horrible attitude with him. She tried to convince him that the offer was valid online only. He printed the email received from Krispy Kreme and showed the offer on his app. She was still persistent in her belief. We never encountered a issue in this location. Please place polite, well mannered employees in the drive - thru. Preferably those that can read.
Wanted to reward the kids for their hard work. Delivery was fast but missing 3 chocolate milks. Also, the special was a dozen glazed and a dozen mixed. Why put glazed in my mixed box? Why do these donuts seem dry and old? The variety was weak and I am not impressed. The KK donuts at Food Lion are better than what I got today. Wasted my money. Sigh.I haven't been here in a while because last time it wasn't all that great and now I know it's too unpredictable to order from here. What a bummer.

This place was super busy tonight I guess because it was a full moon. The lawn was wrapped around the place and there was a line out the door as well. They got us in and out very fast and the donuts were delicious hot and ready. Faeva was awesome! This girl needs a raise! Calm, cool, and collected and very polite!

Service wasn't friendly at all; everyone has bad days. This is an extremely old KK so it needs to be updated. The menu was extremely disappointing. I couldn't get any cream filled doughnuts; chocolate or plain, and the apple cinnamon we love so much was also pulled.Dietary restrictions: Forget your diet here, especially if they're hot!Parking: Very old location. Small parking lot; hard to see/notice the labeled drive thru that day to drive around the back of the building. Employees and customers deserve to have this location updated!
