Place has gone down so bad, they dont have a lot of drinks and items available.

The cashier was very pleasant, the place is small but very nice and clean. Highly recommend

Me and a friend went after the gym because we both just wanted some boba but they ended up being out of a lottt of stuff. the KF milk tea i ended up ordering was salty for some reason and was just really gross. The customer service wasn’t really there either. The workers seemed like they didn’t wanna be there.

Guaranteed to never have what you want!

We saw them on the app “Too Good to Go” and thought to try them out. We paid $8 on there, and when we got here the people were very rude (specifically the guy February 7 at 7:41) working and said they don’t partake in the app... not the workers fault but they were mean for no reason.

To the restaurant owners: get off the app and stop wasting peoples time and money, especially if it’s frustrating your workers to the point they’re taking it out on the customers.

When we walked in the woman was sitting on the counter while on her personal phone. She did not stop her conversation as we entered and waited until we fully approached as her friend still continued to talk to her. She did not look pleasant taking the order. She then proceeded to place her phone in her breast and started making the drinks without washing her hands… this is an unpleasant first experience at this location.

I just picked up an order , that was was not a milk cap , it was diluted watered down coffee .I went back, they re did it,a little better but still it wasn’t the same quality that it was a year ago. Please go easier on the ice, I mean I want a coffee and not ice water with a hint of coffee flavor. I mean some of those people working there have no clue how to make it. I really enjoyed that coffee a year ago, had it weekly, it was real coffee, now it’s just ???

My favorite place to get strawberry milk tea boba done right

I ordered to be delivered to my friends house many times and I never received the exact item I ordered. The first few times I didn't care because only 1 or 2 items were made wrong but today I ordered 12 drinks for my friends and all 12 drinks were made wrong. If they didn't have the item or were missing they should have called or cancelled the order but no they delivered the items with this and that missing. If it was the first time I wouldn't have written this review but this is the Nth time so I guarantee I won't let it go again. Please put your phone number or email so I can report it. If you think you can take our money easily your store won't grow. Respect your customers

I oder Kfmilktea with boba and Pudding and they delivered me just the milk tea without any toppings. Where the phone number I can call to ask and I paid extra for toppings. I need the answer! Not only 1drink, i oder 12 and all of the drinks is missing toppings

Amazing drinks and good service from Lindsay and Cristian

Tea was tasty but you need to train your young workers on how to greet customers. Two young kids that were working today on Sept. 21 at around 5:30 pm said nothing. Only words i heard were the price of the tea and that was it. It was very awkward walking in and walking out. Won't be coming back.

I would recommend the Oreo slush, because this is probably the best slush I’ve ever had in all my years! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
