I ordered to be delivered to my friends house many times and I never received the exact item I ordered. The first few times I didn't care because only 1 or 2 items were made wrong but today I ordered 12 drinks for my friends and all 12 drinks were made wrong. If they didn't have the item or were missing they should have called or cancelled the order but no they delivered the items with this and that missing. If it was the first time I wouldn't have written this review but this is the Nth time so I guarantee I won't let it go again. Please put your phone number or email so I can report it. If you think you can take our money easily your store won't grow. Respect your customers

2 guys where rude and mad at answering my simple questions , was mad I ordered a matcha because he had to make it . Never coming back strawberry matcha was overly sweet don’t know how they have business don’t recommend to anyone .

This was my first time here and it’ll be my last. Noticed a roach right after I ordered my drink. Tables were sticky and trash all over the floor.

My experience at Kung Fu Tea was not great. They only have one person working the cash register and making drinks. Their bathrooms and floors are constantly dirty. I will not be returning.

They are always out of EVERYTHING when I go. They never have the green matcha cap and was told they were out and the guy was rude and said it’s something they have to make. ( I was here a few days ago and that’s what they said also) so I came back a few days later and still none. No worries,I tried to order the Oreo drink. …. No Oreos , then no brown sugar, and no boba. They always have 1 person working. Maybe have 2 people so someone can make the stuff they are out of ??? Probably not returning . They also have no number Incase I want to call before driving to see if they are in stock of a certain item. Highly dissatisfied . Will check out the other boba spots around town instead of this one

Terrible customer service. I found the guy in there today to be rude. Subpar performance that needs to be fixed. He also needs to learn to put down his phone. The entire experience made me walk out and not purchase anything.

3 bobas for $18. Ashley was amazing considering she was working alone and was so positive and patient. best experience i had at this location , she was very helpful and i will definitely continue to come here .

I was going and getting my boba from king fu tea and I was getting there new drink inspired by how to train a dragon and I got the mounsues flight drink something like that it was a slush and had tapioca pearls, and they gave me some passion fruit drink with green tea and no tapioca pearls and normally they will tell you when they are out of stock and they didn’t I was so sad😔 and the lady had her headphones in listening to music or something and idk how she could hear us when talking, there was no AC!!!!!! I was very disappointed. U guys need to stock up sooner when running out of things. :(

Customer service wasn’t great at all. Wasn’t greeted when we came in, and didn’t even acknowledge us until she walked up to the register. Was Very off putting. And not totally clean either

They said that their drinks are dairy free but they aren’t. They use real cow milk that’s lactaid free and tell people that it doesn’t have dairy. It’s an FDA violation and they acted like they didn’t care that they are possibly putting people’s lives in danger for people that have real allergies. If I had took the drink and had a reaction I would’ve have sued them for sure.

And I've tried ordering Uber eats with them 3 times. Each time the order gets canceled.

1. This location is out of ingredients constantly.

2. The male cashier currently with the pink hair is always so rude. He acts like he doesn’t want to take orders and never speaks. He throws the whole environment off every time he’s working.
