I would give this place no stars if I could, I walked in and the place was dirty. The guy came around the front to take my order and had hair all over his hat, his hair was long and not pulled back and his uniform was fifthly. The front doors look like they hadn't been wiped down in quite some time; covered smudges and fingerprints. Where are the higher ups to manage over this place? Come On!!

I recently had a disappointing experience at a Little Caesar’s drive-thru. When I arrived at the window, I waited a few minutes for an attendant to come forward and take my information. After letting him know I had a mobile order, he directed me to park at the front of the store, where he said my order would be hand-delivered.

After 20 minutes of waiting, I watched as the car behind me received their large order (5+ items) before I even got my single Italian bread. The lack of communication only made things worse, especially when I realized I wasn’t the only one left waiting. A man two cars behind me was also frustrated and eventually cursed out the attendant, a heavy-set guy with glasses. Honestly, I felt bad for the man being cursed out, but mannnn get it together.

Little Caesar’s is known for convenience and speed, but this location seriously missed the mark. They need to improve on communication and efficiency if they want to retain customers.

Placed an order for a large supreme pizza and was told a 10-15 minute wait. After 37 minutes they came to my car and asked what my order was and then immediately brought it out. Just lukewarm, definitely can tell it was sitting and they forgot about me. I get stuff happens but yikes. Rough experience

Yall trying to fire people for being sick. Let alone, make a young woman SIGN HER RESIGNATION so yall can make it seem like she quit when she clearly didn’t… in order for yall to avoid paying unemployment. This is a sad company to be employed by & the fact yall have people working SICK is DISGUSTING!!!! This needs to be looked into!!

Managers and owners both forced a sick employee to come in to work her shift. She had strep throat and said she didn’t feel comfortable making food with such a contagious illness. Yet the manager and owner forced her to come in. When she said she wasn’t going to be able to work her full shift they forced fully asked her to put in her resignation after telling her she wasn’t going to be fired. Not only does this little Caesar’s not respect its employees, THEY ARE FORCING SICK EMPLOYEES TO COME IN AND MAKE FOOD.
