I ordered ONE pizza and it took over an hour to get. I was told 20 mins. These people don’t know what time is nor how to make a pizza. I’m watching other people who came after me getting their orders and yet my ONE pizza is nowhere to be found…. Oh wait it was in the warmer that NO EMPLOYEE BOTHERED TO CHECK for who knows how long. The manager didn’t even seem to know what her job was and another employee had to literally go get her from hiding in the back. Like is this how you think a business is ran???? At this point yall should just go to Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Papa John’s, or any other pizza place! Ridiculous!

Tried to get a Hot and Ready Pepperoni Pizza 🍕 last Saturday 2/15/2025... There were at least 10 cars waiting and the wait was 25 minutes... I told them Hell No I'm Not waiting 25 minutes for a 🍕 that should be ready and it was only 9:15pm... So I went home and ordered from Papa John's and got an Xtra Large 🍕... This is not the 1st time this has happened... Everytime I go atleast 10+ cars are waiting... I even got out the car one day and went in and they were in there playing and I cussed them out and got my 🍕 and left... Time to hire another staff or close down‼️

Love the company, this particular location is a hit and miss. Ordered online and still had to wait extra 10 minutes and food wasn't made correctly. Was given thin crust when thin crust wasn't ordered.

The food was 10-15 minutes beyond the time expected. Puffs and crazy bread was good, but the pizza was pretty much inedible. We ordered the stuffed crust pepperoni and there was some kind of oil doused on top of the pizza.... It was swimming in so much oil that the crust was soggy and in a matter of 2-3 minutes the oil had soaked through the box. When we opened the box, the oil was standing in the box ... It was gross and disgusting.

Place is getting worse and worse. Nonchalant attitudes while taking forever to get your order if the order is even right. This is the third time waiting 30+ minutes for an order that I placed over the phone 20 minutes away. Worse part is after waiting in the parking lot for that I went in and the food was sitting in the heater. The lady looked at me like what’s the issue. This is the third time it’s happened.Needs new management and workers badly
Not a good experience on 10/18/24 ordered a three meat treat over the phone ? had a very weird taste ? it normally has flavor and is alright bit on this night it wasn't doughy and no taste at all didn't seem like it had any sauce barely on it ..Employees need to wear gloves ? when fixing folks food never know whose making your food if you come down with a stomach bug that sucks overall been having a good experience but things went left last night smh

Not s good experience. Their food tasted flavorless & gummy, not fresh ay all, not yummy at all. Had onr slice of pizza, thinking I'd eat 3 at least & i was done, had their cheese, garlic bread & it was gummy, like i was eating astic, it still feels heavy on my stomach & that was a while back & I've been eating nothing but fresg fruits, veggies & tea. I feel sick from what I ate there. Thanks, but I don't appreciate this at all. ???
