Walked in and there was a cockroach on the wall. The employee at the front ignored it after I pointed it out and eventually yelled to another employee to kill it. The other employee proceeds to try to take my order. I ask if the food is clean and the employee reply’s saying it’s not and they just failed their health inspection. The health department sanitation rating is not displayed on the wall because they are hiding their failure and should not be in business. The whole time the cockroach was still running around on the walls. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH.

Always a 15 minute wait on stuffed crazy bread. Don’t understand the wait if the bread isn’t even fresh or maybe not cooked throughly because food is always cold.

Ordered a standard pepperoni pizza with a promo code from T-Mobile. Got there to pickup at 7pm today. Opened the box to review the pizza and what they gave me was an under cooked pizza. You guys trying to poison your steady customers.

I ask for a replacement and was told thats how they all are. Asked for one in the quick serve oven and again the person said can't do that. That's how they all are made.

Maybe i should call the health deparment and tell them this store is trying to poison people

This use to be my favorite place until the other day my sis and I went here ordered our food was told it would take 5-10 minutes. Waited 20 drove back up to window chic is fumbling then asks for my receipt.So I ask what's the problem then she continues to flirt/speak to dude inside waves at him says bye ,stop bothering me,all the while I'm still sitting at window. I see delivery guy go inside an take "my order" out of delivery sack an she says my order was given to him an delivered to someone an tried to give to me,one box was open. Are you kidding me!!! She says let me get my manager,,,ok,,,she acted so non shalant ,,,no coupon,no compensation what so ever!!! WOW!!! Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!

The food takes forever! No matter what time of day or night ...promise you will have to park and wait 20 minutes for everything!

Employees were fast and good but pizza is stale and burnt. I did ask for ready but not ready 5 hours ago. It was terrible basically so what I’m saying is ask for fresh from this location.

This place does not accept $50 bills......just to let you know before you order!!

Usually the pizza is soooo good. Yesterday was unbelievable. Horrible! Total waste of my hard earn money! And to think I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my food and it still was nasty and my Italian cheese bread was cold. They left every car at the drive through waiting for like 20 minutes before they acknowledged you. People were getting out of the line either leaving or going in. Yesterday was ridiculous!
