The girl on phone very unprofessional did not get my order right guy at drive Thursday very rude about the whole thing said for me to get out of his drive Thur. When they brought my order out said nothing just handed in the windows and left

Don't be in a hurry. Ordered online and still took over an hours to get my pizza. There favorite line is 10 minutes over and over. This isn't a one time thing. Everytime is the same thing. Only reason I come back is because my little boy always askes for it.

I called in a pizza, I added cheesy bread when I got there, the girl said she didn't know how long it would take, so being smart I said "so am I gunna be waiting and hr"? She said no maybe 10 minutes. I waited then drove back to window, she said sorry maybe another ten, then told me I'll bring it outside.. after 30 minutes nothing.. so I drove back up just to find they gave it to someone else and have to remake. She never walked to my car or anything.. if this was the first time I wouldn't give 3 stars. But I always get pulled up for 1 or 2 items and wait forever. I used to come for convenience but now I might as well order from a good pizza place.

Ordered at 6 and saw my food in the counter and was waiting patiently while they served everyone else even when they weren't busy and even looked at it and just passed by and left it. Finally 30 mins of waiting the cashier finally says something even tho it was right there. Service awful

Zero stars if I could. Cashier at drive thru stole my $20 . He asked for my order. I told him and gave him $20 just like I always do. He came back with the pizza and told me the total. I said ok. Waiting for my change . He said I never gave him $20. I said yes I did check the camera. He said the camera doesn’t work. I said let me speak to manager and he said he is the manager. How many times has he gotten away with this? Why are the cameras not operational? Yes I know working cameras does not deter a thief but this is horrible. I had 6 screaming kids in the car waiting for pizza.

Bought pizza for the family and it really was the worst pizza we’ve ever had aside from the time it took them to prepare a classic pizza. The staff said I COULDN’T get an exchange for something fresh. They couldn’t really see that the pizza was pretty much all there. Whenever I do buy pizza I always try to go here; do better Little Ceasars. ?
