Was there today they definitely overcharging for pizza, and pocketing the extra money! Drive thru needs to work on communication skills, they don’t tell you what your total is they just look at you dumbfounded as if you can read their mind! And reach for payment!

I got the Pretzel Crust pizza to be exact the stuff crust pretzel pizza...I think it has been the best pizza since they came out with stuff crust..I gave it a 3 because the sanitation grade was 90 and from my understanding years back they gave you 5 extra points on your grade a lot of young people work here so pray over your 🍕 pizza before you it..😅🤣😂

I ordered an ultamit supreme pizza and they didn't put enough mushrooms and sausage on the pizza each time I tell them it doesn't do any good.

The guy let me know they didn't have a Hit&Ready Pizza ready. So he went to make it HIMSELF. And he gave me some cookies...for free. The Pizza wasn't burnt, it was just right !

Wish I could give this place 0 stars!! We love their garlic Parmesan wings (not gonna lie). So tonight a friend recommended we try the little pizza crazy puffs. For some reason they were not taking online orders so I decided to just call my order in. I was told it will be about 20-25 minutes, we waited our time then headed to pick it up. For whatever reason the inside lobby was closed. So we proceeded to the drive thru. There were a lot of cars lined up on the side waiting for their food, so I called back inside and asked if I can come to the door to just grab my food and proceed about my night. The boy who answered asked his “manager Erin” and she said no and to wait in the drive thru. So ok that’s fine, we waited. We got about 8ft from the window when the lady yelled from the window and asked what we needed . Told her we had a call in order, she asked us to pull up which we literally couldn’t because the line was all the way to the road and all parking spots were full. We asked her about how long and she said “I don’t know these people just ordered, they are waiting but yours was online so it’s in the oven” so we proceeded to ask a rough time.. which then she got mad and walked away. Keep in mind this is roughly 45 minutes after we called in. So we ended up leaving with no food! Called back to the store to speak to a manager about the issue and the disrespectful employee at the window. “Alyssa” came to the phone and said our food is in the oven still (which is now about 50 minutes after order). She told us she is the store manager but claims she does not hire employees and she cannot resolve our issue. I will be calling corporate and no longer ordering from this location! The managers are not managing properly and their employees are extremely disrespectful!
Last week I tried to pick up hot and ready pizza, and they didn't have any. I decided not to wait. Today, I tried again. They told me it would be a 7 min wait, so I waited.. it was 11 minutes, and there were so many cars that parked to wait after me. I got home and one of the pizzas wasn't even cut.
Both times, they ask "do you want to wait" and then had to investigate when I asked them how long the wait would be. The cashier seemed very confused today and clarified my order of 2 pepperoni pizzas several times.

It was a pick up and I could smell the pizza cooking through the drive through window it was really good and I enjoyed every slice allthough I only had 5 the rest of the pizza is in the refrigerator for my son he just loves pizza from Little Caesars.
