I had their sirloin steak. The worst meat ever. It was stringy, grainy and tough. I’m sure for the price they charge (15.99) they could afford to buy quality meat. I ordered medium rare and got a tough medium.

Told server after our drink choices we were ready to order but she proceeded to go get drinks. Steak was cooked incorrectly and felt rushed to leave. Usability leave $20 tips not this night. Waste of $51..

Meagan was amazing. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and everything went very smooth. Drinks never ran empty. Food was hot and fresh. We missed a salad, but we took it to go. Definitely need to remember this place.

FOOD: the cooks/chefs did the best they could either what they had ; meaning everything was well cooked and well seasoned! I don’t care for canned green beans, that was the only downfall for me! One round of the rolls were slightly undercooked but they brought out golden ones later
SERVICE: pull server was a college senior at FSU ; great personality and menu knowledge. The bartender was “backed up” our appetizers came out before that drinks but I understand that!
ATMOSPHERE: everyone was welcoming but it was a bit stiff and stale. Booth full of crumbs and it wasn’t crazy busy so some cleaning in overlooked areas would shift some things (tops of booths, crevices of booths, light fixtures)

Just want to thank deborah ( red) for her great service,I was freezing she loaned me her sweater, what a sweet lady. And for Earl , who went above and beyond his customer service, I love your cheesy fries,but that day they were sooo salty I could not eat them, he replaced and was wonderful person as well. Thank you dee,patron for years
Service was a little slow. Atmosphere not what it used to be. Needs an upgrade. Reminded me of a really old building. Food was ok.

So I visited this location to eat dinner. Logan’s has gift cards sold on various sites, but this Logan’s claims that they cannot accept any electronic gift card, and they can only accept physical gift cards. On one hand I understand each restaurant can make their own policy, but on the other hand if you’re a Logan’s Roadhouse, you should accept Logan’s Roadhouse gift cards, and if your restaurants are not going to accept gift cards sold off of your website, then why allow your gift cards to be sold on other websites.
