We went for lunch and we had the grilled salmon with baked potato and salad. Everything came out delicious! Server was very professional and attentive. We will be back soon, one of my favorite places!Dietary restrictions: I always ask for no salt and light seasoning and they always accommodate my request. Thank you!

Just avoid, unless you know someone that works there. Took 20-25 minutes to get drinks, 50 minutes to get a salad and over an hour to get food, but other tables seem to get right in and get there food within 30 minutes.

We waited 1&1/2hrs for a table only for our table to be given to a party already sat but unhappy with their table. We e had to wait an additional 30minutes to be seated. Hosting and management was very unprofessional & not knowledgeable about their store.

Crowded and very busy; I consider a good thing because managers and all the wait/service staff were very attentive to seating guests, taking down orders, and getting food and drink on the table. The One Single Concern/ Issue I Had: The AC was ON, and I could feel the North Wind Blowing. The dining room was freezing, and I sat freezing at the table. My piping hot (overly salted) NY Strip steak was lukewarm before I was able to get three bites in. Whoever is the Official Meat Seasoner in tje Kitchen should be smacked on the head with the saltshaker, banished from the kitchen and assigned to filling water and softdrink tumblers henceforth and forevemore.

Not sure of my waiter's name but the service was good....took a while for my food to come out...at least 45-1hr after ordering...My steak was lukewarm my potato the same and my broccoli was overcooked. We took the food home immediately and did what would have been done had we sent it back...We microwaved it......All of this after a 1hr wait only to walk in the door and see the restaurant no where near capacity....I'm willing to go with not enough help on shift....NOT IMPRESSED....my dine-in experience became a take dinner....

I'm not really sure how so many people say Longhorn is better than TRH. My wife and I went today because we didn't want to wait for an hour at TRH and were really hungry. We got seated fairly quickly, but took a few minutes for someone to even say, we'll be with you. Our drink orders were taken and received our drinks fairly quickly, but was a drive-by drop off that we didn't have a chance to ask for straws. It was another 10 minutes before we could got a straws after asking two people for them.We get our orders taken, an appetizer, onion soup, and two sirloin steaks, both medium, and two loaded baked potatoes, one without sour cream. The soup came out and was barely warm. The cheese wasn't even melted and you could literally see the cheese slices weren't even melted. There was that and soup itself wasn't very good. They did take it back and all they did was just warm it up. When I got it back, it wasn't that much warmer and there liquid was mostly evaporated. The soup really was really bad and the server did take it off our ticket. Also, we got a PLASTIC spoon to eat the soup. We were told that all the spoons were dirty. Can't figure that one out, but okay. The wait wasn't too bad as busy as they were for our entrees. There was something wrong with each of our entrees. My wife's potato had sour cream and my steak was all but well done-we both asked for medium. We sent the potato back and got a new one, but didn't send the well done steak back. At that point I just ate the steak since we'd had to send two items back already.Out of five items, there was an issue with three. The server was really busy, but did a good job considering how busy she was. The food was okay, but far from great and the whole experience was pretty poor. I've been to MANY TRHs and I've never had to send anything back and they have always cooked my steak correctly. We definitely won't be coming back since this was our second time there and the food was just meh.

As a manager I could see they were short staffed but they didn't let it stop them from having great service and food.

I originally started coming to the Fayetteville Longhorn when it first opened about 2-3 years ago. I was in love. I honestly couldn't go anywhere else for a steak. I definitely gave this location a 20 stars. I ordered alot of to go and did a few dine in. I have always ordered the Outlaw Ribeye medium well. It had to be 1 of the absolute best tasting and textured steak I'd ever had. I was going sometimes 2x a week. Ordering medium well allowed me the opportunity to still have a nice textured steak when warming it up later on.By mid last year 2023 the food was sub par. I ordered 1 night and my medium well was done well. I let it slide thinking it may just be an off night. I went back the following week and it happened again, the steak was over cooked and tough. I laid off for about a month. I went back a month later and ordered medium well with some pink. It still came well. I figured by now it's gotta be the chef/cook. Then I started to go at different times thinking I'd be able to tell a difference that the chef/cook was different. That made NO difference. I dined in 1 time last year and sent my steak back 2x during my dine in. It never got right and I just ended up eating the 2nd steak that came because I was just down right hungry by that time.December 2023 I go to Myrtle Beach and ate at Longhorn 3x in 1 week at different times and each time the steak was cook to perfection. It was like cutting into butter. It was so seasoned, medium well with some pink and absolutely delicious. It tasted how the Fayetteville location tasted when they 1st opened.I went to the Garner, NC location in January 2024, ate there 2x in 1 week and had the same experience I had in Myrtle Beach.I go to the Fayetteville location 1x in January, 1 x in February and now today 3/16/24 & I officially have decided I won't be back to this location.Today i decided to order medium instead of my normal medium well and it still came out cooked well with spots of tough pink areas. The steak is terrible and offensive to the quality of the reputation that Longhorn has for their steaks. I'm a steak eater and I can honestly say Longhorn is just as good and even better than some 5star restaurants that charge $80+ for a steak. My steak today was tough and somewhat dry. It had some pink but was tough and not juicy. The seasoning was light and not seasoned well at all. Ever since mid last year ordering medium well and medium means well to the cook.I'm so disappointed because now when I'm craving Longhorn I'm going to have to go to Garner or Myrtle Beach. I give up at this point. The sides are ok. Nothing to scream about. Longhorn does have a good side salad but even that at the Fayetteville location has become sloppy and uninviting. I'm over the Fayetteville location.Maybe I'll try back next year. These pics are from today's order that was supposed to Medium.

The lamb chops used to be so good now they’re terrible . They were cold , bland and overcooked. Definitely not worth the $30.
