TL;DR-2 stars.-1 for understaffing your location so badly that it must be a frustration for your customers and your workers.-1 more for never making the sandwiches the same way twice. We would have to ask them to add lettuce and tomatoes, because sometimes they'd add it, sometimes they wouldn't, and I'd suspect that has to do with who is available to make the actual food.This place used to have the best Philly in the area. My wife and I were big fans, and would order from here at least once a week.Over the last year, their service has deteriorated.Our lunch hour is typically around 12, so I have a high tolerance for longer wait times, because I know places like this get slammed for the lunch rush.However, the last handful of times that we tried placing an order for pick up, they let the phone ring non stop. That's when I realized their cook is no longer there, and they leave one person behind the counter to run the shop + cook. Which = You'll never get your food. Ordering 2 sandwiches takes upwards of 30 minutes to get done.The lady behind the counter even acknowledged me when I came in last time, because she must have recognized my phone number. She had a large order ahead of me, so I had to bail without even ordering, because I simply didn't have 30 minutes to kill while she finished.

Great food! I LOVE the Philly Cheese Steak! Portions are enough for two and turn around time for orders are between 5 and 10 minutes. If you haven't tried this place you're definitely missing out.

I normally I like this place but today's experience was the absolute worst. When ordering my food this chef today was rude. To rude for my taste. he over charged me and forgot my food. I ended up returning my food for a refund. Very disappointed with my experience WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!!!!!!!

Their crab salad is to die for!!! I had to go back the next day to get more because my family loved it SO much.. I also bought some really good coffee flavored candy. I love finding these little hidden stores.. I bought several samples of their deli items (chicken, pasta salads, crab salad) All the items I bought were delicious and fresh.. excellent service, they remembered me the next day, very sweet people.. I will definitely go back..
