This place is fantastic! My brother and I went here Tuesday (we are doing keto but took a cheat day... turns out they actually have a keto platter, which we'll try sometime when we're not having a cheat day). This was our first time here. What a phenomenal experience we had! Trox took care of us-explained the menu, told us about everything, patiently waited while we perused and thought about what we would want. Trox was very kind and helpful. We definitely enjoyed the biscuits, but... The grits were so creamy and delicious. The sausage gravy was (according to my brother) even better than the fantastic (vegetarian friendly) mushroom gravy. Shiitake, I think. The fried green tomatoes were excellent... a bit on the spicy side for me, but delicious, and I'll definitely get them again. Lol, they're even more delicious dipped in grits or the mushroom gravy. :) but they came with ranch-thinner than I make it, but absolutely wonderful ranch. The icing on the cinnamon biscuit was really good. Next time, I'm looking forward to trying the biscuit with the custard and the smashbrowns. Worthy of note, if you drink orange juice, that they have freshly squeezed-to-order orange juice.The food was fantastic, and Trox even went out of his way to come by and check up on us and discuss our experience with us...the service was even better than the food! This was a thoroughly enjoyable experience from the time we entered the door until well after we left, as we continued to discuss how glad we were we chose to go here that day. If you haven't come here yet, don't wait; I only wish we had come much earlier.Vegetarian options: I don't know how much they offer for vegans, but for a straight vegetarian they have a nice variety, including a few unusual things like shiitake mushroom gravy and goat cheese; as a vegetarian, it's nice to find a place that has a few extra, unusual items that most places just don't carry.Dietary restrictions: They have both vegetarian options and keto options.Parking: Pretty decent amount of parking spots, it's a large complex.

It is interesting comparing this to the nc chain biscuitville and local favorite Vicky's. Without a doubt, the sausage gravy is best here, and they have a vegetarian shiitake gravy that is unique and delicious. Keto options on the menu (but no keto biscuits). Grits were also great. Biscuits were proper. I will return.Take note that no tipping means the prices are lower than the menu suggests.

In travels try local or smaller franchise restaurants. This was a top notch stop. The cashier was patient while we decided, gave us descriptions and options. The cook was friendly and even the manager Took time to visit. We will return to the area and to this little place. Food delicious. Coffee good. Friendly. Clean.
I use to work for Maple Street and here’s what I’ll say. The food speaks for itself, it’s amazing. What REALLY made me love maple street though, was the people that work there. The environment, kindness, service, attention to details, staff they have is hands down the best. If you love the consistency of places like chik fil a, not just because of the food but also how they run their business; you will without a doubt love this place. I recommend it 100 out of 100 times to anybody with a mouth lol nah but seriously, great people man.

I went to get a cup of coffee, their maple flavor. But as I was looking at the menu. I saw that they have $9 combos. Which includes an egg sausage and cheese biscuit, hashbrowns, and a coffee. It was so good, especially because they cooked your egg how you want it.

Loved this place when I first came, but now I am disappointed ?. Like some other places I guess they have had to shrink the food. I have twice ordered chicken and waffles and a friend ordered this, also, first time the chicken was huge. I couldn't eat it all. This time the chicken was half the size and worse. It was not very good. The breading was flavorless. Tasted almost burnt, maybe the fry oil needs changed. The waffles were delicious.
