Marco's Pizza

I went inside of this site a couple months ago. It looked like a train wreck. I definitely did not order. That's how horrible it looked. Very deplorable conditions. This place should be SHUT down.

Love this pizza. The inside of the restaurant is very no muss no fuss, but they probably do mostly takeout. Regardless, the pizza is really really good!! The people who work there are very nice, too.

Vegetarian options: The veggie pizza is great! I love the thick slices of tomato.

I don’t care what anyone says this is the best pizza place in Fayetteville and I’ve eaten from them all! I absolutely love their pizza! It’s the best! I highly recommend

Our order came quicker than any other pizza order would have. The cheesy bread and brownie were amazing. However, the pizza was so greasy that it was hard to eat. It ended up making us not feel good. May give it another go at some point, but not any time soon.

I was extremely disappointed. I had been waiting to try the deal--Buy one Large one-topping pizza get pizzoli free. The pizza was greasy and made all of us feel bad after eating. The pizzoli was burnt on both sides. When I called and informed the manager, he did not fix my problem.

I purchased a large Mike hot honey pizza as a walk-in customer. The staff member that took my order left and made a delivery while no one manned the front for the exception of the cook coming back and forth from the kitchen to assist with other customers.That wasn't the issue, the concern I had is that I waited along with another gentleman for almost 20 minutes thinking my pizza is being cooked until other staff members came in and scanned the heating table and called my name because my pizza had been seating because the cook didn't take the initiative to take care of the customers he saw waiting.

We order delivery from this location on a regular basis, and it's generally fast and good. Today, however, I placed a large carryout order for a party. 10x pizzas. Order was placed online and paid in-full more than two hours prior to the selected pickup time. The order was received, money was charged to my account, but when I showed up to pickup, I find out there is only ONE employee working in the restaurant today, and my order won't be ready for another 30+ minutes. I had no prior notification that my order would be delayed due to staffing shortages. Had I known, I could have selected a different restaurant. Instead, I'm notified when I arrive to pick up.This level of service is far below what I have come to expect from Marco's.

McPherson Church Rd location needs some major help. The pizzas are great but the service and knowledge of the employees is awful. We used to love ordering from here but I have now completely crossed it off my list. A week ago, we ordered 2 small pizzas. After making multiple phone calls about the status, we received the pizzas, COLD two hours later. I refused to pay for the pizzas. The delivery lady was awesome and she refused to take the pizzas back and left them with us. I then spoke to the real manager and not the shift lead that represented herself as a manager. He actually told me that everything they did with this order was only wrong and how much this location has gone down.I gave it another chance today, with the same order. The worker did not know how to do a transaction for a small pizza and put us on hold to figure it out, I guess. He then came back with an outrageous price that we knew wasn’t right. He insisted it was the right price. We canceled the order.I am now done with them.Addition and update: I got a message from the company asking me message them through FB or Twitter. Well…. Their FB doesn’t have a message link to message them and I don’t have a twitter.Unbelievable!
