Stopped here on a road trip and kids absolutely loved the pancakes - saying they were the best they’ve ever had.

Delicious corned beef hash! Great prices, cozy old school cafe vibe. The croissant was also yummy.

Disappointing Experience at Marybill’s Café

When my husband checked in to be placed on the waitlist, he spoke with a young lady at the entrance who informed him we would receive a text when our table was ready. Once we received the text, we went inside and spoke to another young lady to let her know. Her immediate response was, “But we didn’t call you,” said in a rude and condescending manner.

That comment alone almost made us leave, but my husband decided we should stay. Instead of being escorted to our table, we were simply motioned toward it, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. At that point, we asked to speak with the manager and explained our experience. The manager apologized, acknowledged that the behavior was unacceptable, and said she would address it with the employee, though it felt like a standard response rather than genuine concern.

Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve from there. It took nearly an hour for our food to arrive, even though the café was not particularly busy. When it finally did, the pancakes lacked flavor, the sausage was dry, and the portions were very small.

Overall, between the unwelcoming service, long wait, and disappointing food, our visit to Marybill’s Café was far below expectations. We will not be returning!!

Its got a cool look to it. The food was solid I liked it alot =) simple breakfast and so affordable. Me and my guy got 2 plates of food and he got a coffee and a side of grits for just 20$. The only thing I aint love was their grits, could be better. But I liked eating here and would go again for sure.

Very clean, cozy atmosphere. The staff greeted us immediately upon entering to seat us. Great service. Food served hot and appealing. I'm sorry l'm not one to take photos of my food and post, but I had a smoked turkey omelet with spinach. I added grilled onions ,peppers and mushrooms. Oh, it had pepper jack cheese. Look, go. Check them out!

Well me and my brunch date were good up until we were sitted by the bathroom. We asked to be sitted some where else and was sitted with such an attitude and was told to grab our own menu and silverware the host messed up the customer service score 🤔 overall the food was good.

Overall I give them a four. I would have given a 5 but the rude hostess wouldn't move out menus or silverware to the new table we asked for because we did not want to be seated in front of the bathroom. Food was great. Big portions. Our waiter was nice!

When my wife and I walked in it looked nice on the inside. The place was packed. Service was nice the food very, very good. I had an omelet. That tasted delicious. We saw other people getting pancakes, that were huge! Will try those next time. It was a nice experience. Thank you MaryBill's Cafe. See y'all soon.

First time coming here for breakfast. Drove from Lillington. Got there at the absolute busiest time and understood there would be a wait but it was well worth it! I was wanting some good pancakes and they delivered with a stack of the fluffiest and perfectly cooked pancakes. Probably the best I have ever had! Now the eggs, how can somewhere make the softest, melt in your mouth scrambled eggs ever? Well they did it! My son had the breakfast burger and said it was amazing as well. My wife had Mommas omelet with a side of hollandaise to put on top. Hands down the best hollandaise I have ever tasted! Now the service…. Our server was super sweet and our drinks never ran empty. She kept us updated on the status of our food and made sure everything was perfect when we received it. Unfortunately I failed to get any pictures as it looked so good I couldn’t do anything but dig right in. This was our first of many meals to be had at Mary Bills! Also, wanted to give a shout out to the manager who came and talked with us several times and made us feel like we are now a part of the Mary Bills family!
