This is the worst McAlisters in the WORLD. THEY TOOK 45 minutes to bring us 2 sandwiches, one which was a cold cut!!!! They are rude and they don’t have good personable skills. Also, IT WASN’T BUSY. So there was NO REASON why it should have taken that long. DO NOT GO HERE.

Serving food that is not ready. If all, and yes all (the gentleman who took my order was awesome and asked the woman in the back and she loudly claimed they are all hard) the avocados are rock hard and not ripe then don’t cut them and serve expecting people to be ok with that. If the dip sauce for the French dip is cold then don’t serve it.

I am highly disappointed in my takeout order. I ordered the chef salad with no croutons, but they did not give me any bacon in my salad. Unfortunately I will not be returning. This was my second time trying this restaurant and it is my last.

Worst place I've ever been on the last 6 visits. It's the same every time, not sure why I haven't learned yet not to come here. Takes FOREVER to get your food, and it comes out cold and wrong. I had to go up to the counter 3 different times over our order this last visit. They aren't ever even busy and they're equipped with a full staff. Ordered a French dip with au ju, came out ice cold . Ordered blt, got toasted bread lettuce and tomato. After inspection,no bacon or avacado. They gave us the two end pieces of the tomato with the stem. Garbage all around. No manager to speak with after now 4 issues. Thanks for nothingUpdate.... I still haven't learned my lesson. Went back again for a cup of soup to go. The guy at the counter moves SUPER SLOW. It took 20 minutes for me to get my soup. They weren't busy. My soup sat on the counter for 9 minutes. All he had to do was give it to me and I could have been gone . I'm not sure if the guy at the counter was handicapp or not ,but he has zero customer service skills. He makes you not feel wanted in there.

Placed a group order to be delivered for lunch.. My soup was onlyHalf full, and my sandwich was toasted to the point of crumbling, and the cheese and meat were dried out. Needless to say, I had no lunch. Was going to give this place another chance, but the customer service when I came in to fix the issue, didn't seem like the staff really cared. I chose to get a refund, but they had to put it back on the original card. I would've taken a gift card if it was offered but it was not.

Service is excellent, very deserving of tips and praise. I have one complaint though about the food, the chili especially. If u enjoy a bowl full of hotdog chili you will like it but don't expect a traditional soup chili, it doesn't have beans or the typical chili veggies like onion and pepper and tomato.

Waiting 45 mins for order and didn't receive it when I asked for a refund, the nice cashier stated that there was no management in to issue the refund. What type of management leaves their employees to go home in a restaurant full of anger customers. Worst experience ever.

I placed my order and paid at 1:03 I did not get my food till 1:41. I had 3 orders one of which was a pb&j uncrustable. Mine and my wife's food wasn't even luke warm it was room temperature. There was people behind us in line that had ordered, paid, ate and left before I got my food. Had I known I was gonna have that kind of wait I would have went somewhere where it would have been worth it.

I use to work at McAlister’s and this location is very poor. I spent $30 on poor service and food that I ended up feeding to my dog because I couldn’t t stomach it. The strawberry lemonade tasted like mold.

There was a huge roach in the hall near the bathroom. I told the manager , or what appeared to be a manager, older blonde with glasses, and all she said is, “is it dead?”, I replied yes, and she said, “thank goodness for that”. Then went on about her business. I’m going to Olea lol. Run the cameras back at 2:05 on 1/10/24.
