every time I order from this McDonald’s through DoorDash, something is missing. Not sometimes — every single time. today they forgot my fries. last time they forgot my baby’s entire meal but somehow remembered to throw in the juice. make it make sense.
i work 5 minutes away, so my orders always get routed here, and it’s gotten to the point where I expect the bag to be wrong. Missing fries, missing meals, no straws — it’s a pattern.
I’m not asking for anything extra, just the food I actually paid for. The consistency of mistakes is crazy. Please do better, because this is getting ridiculous.

Horrible....waited in the drive thru for 15min only to tell me when I got to the window to pay that they don't have anything I ordered. Didn't offer an apology or anything else. Attitude reflects Leadership.... whoever owns this need to check out their employees. Horrible experience!!!!!

Worst location in Fayetteville, went in for my lunch break and spent over half of it waiting for four items. After 15 minutes and the lobby filling up with people, I asked for my refund. I would not recommend this location even if they put new staff in place, simply pathetic.

This place is pathetic. McDonald's as a whole already is low tier these days, but the grove street location is by far the worst. This lady got a whole attitude with my mother and I because she got our order wrong. A simple mistake over drinks that no one was upset about but her. She argued with us instead of just taking the drinks back, even after I explained that what she gave us belonged to the customer behind us (I heard the order from the first window as I was paying). She finally snatched the drinks from my hand, slammed the window, and stormed off. As if making the other drink was a strenuous task...
Additionally the store is closed half the time when it ought to be open which is really annoying as they're normally the only store open before my mother has to go to work. I honestly wish this place would just be torn down and replaced with something better or just fire the staff. They clearly don't care about the job itself or the people who visit just trying to grab something quick. Earlier this week I waited 10 minutes in drive thru because one employee decided to have a while conversation from the window with another employee who was standing outside.
