I want to know who the owner of this McDonald’s is? Customer service was awful. Their excuse was that they were too busy. I get something in the restaurant and they found it during the morning shift but the afternoon shift would not help me. They said contact someone from the morning shift. All they had to do was get the manager to contact someone from the morning shift and find out where they put it. They ignored us. When asked to speak to the manager they said too busy too busy to come out.

Ordered a Double Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese on mobile order and specified NO ONIONS because of a food allergy. And what did they do? THEY GAVE ME ONIONS ON MY FOOD. So that’s $6 down the drain.

Ordered online 20 minutes before they close for breakfast. Arrived 15 minutes before and waited almost 25 minutes in line before getting to the window for about 4 cars ahead of me. I Was told to they no longer can do breakfast even though I ordered and was here well before the cut off all because they were backed up. Very upsetting

I received my delivery order. They didn't put my sandwich for my meal in the bag. I ordered a bagel steak egg and cheese meal. Called customer support and they only refunded $2.45. I would have to pay an extra $4 to buy the sandwich again. Customer support stated that is only amount that they can refund. Do not order delivery from this store.
the staff here is so trash theres a guy who works there he has a hunched back and is so rude the staff is so angry i had mold on my sandwich befor my kids begged me to go back my kids nuggets was mushy today my burger bread was hard like the staff has to do better. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BUCKLE DOWN!!

I was told the McDoubles are no longer "Buy 1, Get 1 For $1" despite them clearly being marked as such on the drive-thru menu. If the promotion has changed, that's fine, but you have to change your menu board to match.

Pulling cars just to save their drive thru time. Then, making customers sit in front of the building for 20+ minutes only to get cold food when it's finally bought out.

Probably one of the worst if not THE WORST McDonalds in Fayetteville! They have horrible customer service and they never have anything I just left this location and they have no drinks no ice cream/ milkshakes and they aren’t taking cash only card the manager at this location needs to step there game up and actually do there freaking job this is not the first time and definitely will not be the last time it happens. I hope they get new management or team leader in soon because whoever it is now is doing a piss poor job…
