Standard McDonald’s. Was disappointed that there was no WiFi. I stopped expecting to grab a break and do some quick work but to not find WiFi and had to use my hotspot.

I always go threw the drive thru and it's always the same thing park your car and they will eventually bring your food out to you and pray it's not cold! Tonight I waited 14 minutes which to me is way to long of a wait for fast food!

This is one of the dirtiest McDonalds I've ever been in. We waited nearly 5 minutes for a person to take our order, when only 2 others people were in the place. I will say our food order was correct, the cashier was nice, and the food was hot. After that ... the drink machines were dirty, the tables were filthy, the floors had sticky stuff all over it in the front and back, and both the men's and women's bathrooms were horrific. Overflowing trash cans with diapers and feminine hygiene products, no soap, very little toilet paper, hair all over the sinks. I could hear the employees all laughing and having a wonderful time, and when I walked by they were all huddled together chatting. I like the comradery, and again, very friendly but we were the only ones in the entire restaurant by this time and not a single employee was cleaning anything at all. I don't expect perfection but when it costs $40 for 3 people to eat, I do expect a clean table and some toilet paper.

I orderded a bacon mc double but received just a double cheeseburger instead. This was obviously just an honest mistake and by the time I discovered it we were already 30 minutes away. Too late to turn back. This is no reflection on the staff because they were really great. The burger was just mislabled

You can order a cheeseburger and drink in the drive thru and they still have you park in the pick up area and wait for 15 minutes. This manager really needs to be fired, horrible management!

I go to the Pembroke NC McDonalds EVERY Monday, Wednesday & Friday between 5:15 - 5:30 am otw to my Dialysis appointment. The drive thru employees are on top of things & ensure my order is correct as well as the cook who ensures my apple pie is fresh & piping hot, or my fruit/oatmeal is hot as well as my pancake & sausage patty is nice and warm. The employee who stands out the most us Ms. Sasha. She is always smiling, in a good mood & very professional. She also asks if I'd like any additional cream/sugar for my coffee ir extra bytter/syrup for my pancake. I will continue to visit thus McDonald's weekly & highly recommend it.
