They will ALWAYS pull you forward even if you are just getting a cup of water.Biggest issue with this place is THEIR ATTITUDE!!! If they mess up your order they’ll argue and make it a huge deal when it was their mistake!!!

Went tonight and ordered a double quarter pounder and single quarter pounder with cheese meal. After being asked to park and waiting approximately 15 minutes for my food, the young lady brought out the food but there was no salt or ketchup in the bag. I asked her could I get some and she replied yes and proceeded to go back in and get it. When she returned she had 2 packs of ketchup and 2 packs of salt and a side of attitude; this was nowhere close to being enough. I said 2 packs ma’am? As she’s walking away, so I said I’ll just come in and get it, she answered by saying the doors are now locked and she walks away. I don’t know if this is how they train them now but her attitude and customer service sucks. I’ve been going to that restaurant since before she was even born and I and whoever else decided to spend their money there, deserves more respect. If it’s policy that they can only give a certain amount freely, that’s fine but let me know, I have no problem paying for extra if I want it. I train people for a living, if yall need some help training staff, I’d be glad to help. Do better, we deserve better.

Very clean, very fast and courteous. And I am homeless. So you know how they treat the other customers. Just saying. Also on the page it says dining room is open 24 hours it is not..hours Sunday through Saturday is 5am-10:00pm. Sorry to say I seen a roach o clean it up guys I was a manager for McDonald's when I was 20. I'm 58

I went there a few days ago. Ordered a double quarter bacon combo, the dr.pepper had almost no syrup and the fries were well beyond the seven minute hold time. They were cold, unsalted, limp and half filled. Wouldn’t give them to my dogs. Should’ve had them replaced. Waited about six minutes for food. Burger was ok.

McDonald's is a fast food standard restaurant that is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can be never go wrong their burgers and hot fries.
Did not like the salt& pepper on my cheese burger was sold pepper chicken sandwich wrong chicken sandwich to much salt on little Fry's. Did not asked for vanilla shake with whip cream on it. Tasted like all whip cream stured in it .

Shout out to this McDonald's! For one, they know how to work a drive thru. They get people waiting in multiple parking spots so they can take multiple orders at a time, and the line moves quickly. Even during the most busiest time, I think the longest I've ever waited was 10 mins. And, for two, almost no one was there today, and they took the time to make a thick Shamrock McFlurry with a good amount of Oreo. Out of all the McDonald's in Fayetteville, this is the least disappointing one.

Horrible customer service by a soposed manager. Had no eggs on my sandwiches that we ordered...got to our destination and started to eat and realized no egg...called and got a lady named Lea, she was soposedly the manager...anyways she was rude and laughed and when I asked for her boss she refused and hung up, I called back same thing. Lea should not be a manager...dont think she is but if thats who you hire to handle your customers then that shows the standards you have which to me means the cleaning standards couldn't be any hire!
