It's best to order ahead and/or door dash. The app has great deals, and the points for free food add up quickly. This location is lowkey bad. Never and straws or syrup in my bag. Almost every single time I order a frappe, they forget about it after making me pull over. I normally give them 5 minutes and then end up going inside, all to have someone make it, then after 10~15mins after trying to flag down a cashier.

I feel like all McDonald's locations are starting to fall off on service. It always takes forever to get anything and most of the time there is a problem with the order. I had ordered a hamburger happy meal and when I got home and gave it to my kid there was no hamburger in it. Just fries and a toy. I did call and they told me to come back and get it.

If You place Your order at the kiosk, and hope to get Your order quick; FORGET ABOUT IT!! If You order for dine-in, i Hope that You have a longer than 1 hour lunch break! The main focus at this location appears to be drive thru orders. There are runners going right past You three to four times, while You wait fof Your order to get served!! My order, was just sitting on the counter, and i was waiting at a table close to the counter! The two or three managers on duty, or Not that!! They sit at their lap tops, walk outsideseveral times, or simply look at You; as if You're just hanving out in McDonalds!!! Customer service has gone to the birds. Use the drive-thru; where people actually work!!!!!

I ordered through doordash which the driver was fine, but my sauces were not included nor were straws for the drinks. It’s not huge but it’s still really annoying when i’m giving money to business and the job can’t even be done correctly.
