I don’t know who took my order, but she was disrespectful (has a labret piercing and glasses) Didn’t really acknowledge us throughout our order taking. We asked for a second and when she didn’t respond, my husband figured she didn’t hear us so he said it again just to make sure. He was met with a “I was waiting for you to be ready” in a rude tone. She also didn’t smile, and handed us the wrong food at first but did fix it. The entire order taking process didn’t make us feel welcome, nor did she at the second window.

They forgot our fries, we asked at the window they said we didn't order the meal. Our receipt said we paid for a meal. When i went inside to get my fries, she was rude. The fries were hot. I wouldn't have even reviewed if she wasn't rude. I'm not expecting Olive Garden customer service, but please mcdonalds do

Slowest McDonalds in the nation. Not to mention that it's prices are more expensive that any McDonalds around in order to take advantage of hungry soldiers from the nearby base. No one mentions that though. The workers seem miserable and it shows with their service. Who ever owns this franchise should be ashamed.

Drive-thru employee was professional, however the steak on the Steak, Egg and Cheese McMuffin was dry, the sandwich itself was sloppily made and was missing ingredients. My experience altogether was not the best (which is our typical experience with McDonald's). The two stars are for my children's McChicken biscuits and the first drive-thru employee's professional attitude and speedy service.
