This is one of the few McDonald's that's their employees are actually polite and friendly! The food is what it is now...not what it was when the industry had STANDARDS and what you ordered was actually semi healthy or better yet not loaded with sugar & junk, but hey what can you do with a society/world asthat begs for faster cheaper easier & more, all at the same time?!?

20 minutes to get your food through drive through and it is wrong. Completely unacceptable for drive through 20 minutes and for your food to be wrong and just to get an excuse unacceptable.

Great experience while traveling through. Stopped in for a cup of coffee and had to wait for a fresh pot. Which was fine since it was 3 pm. Due to the wait they upsized my coffee and gave me an apple pie for the wait. Kids enjoyed the play place.
Went through the line two different times, because they simply can’t do their jobs. Even after going through a second time, my bun on my mcchicken was hard, like it’s been sitting out for hours. This is completely unacceptable and clearly they have poor management, because who cleared to serve this to the public…? As you can see in the photo below which part is soft and which part is solid.

This was absolutely awful. 0 stars. People was lazy and rude! Noone wanted to be there. I get it's work but wow. I run a business and I would have let everyone of them go including the manager.

If this is how they maintain the areas customers can see, I can’t imagine what the back looks like. Toilet paper left on the floor—completely unsanitary and unacceptable. Paper towels tossed on top of the dispenser instead of properly stocked inside. A trash can with no liner. The laziness and lack of basic hygiene standards is unbelievable.
If this were my franchise, I’d be furious with the staff and management. Is this really the standard McDonald’s holds itself to now? This location seriously needs to be investigated for proper sanitary compliance.
