One of the absolute WORST. Wait times are outrageous. The food is mediocre, at best. They will stack up the parking spots with drive thru patrons and make you sit and wait for upwards of a half an hour for you food after you’ve ordered, even when there aren’t other cars in the drive thru. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Go to Taco Bell next door.

Did a mobile order for drive thru and still got told to pull up that they were waiting on fries… but everyone behind us are getting their food with fries while 4 other cars that got pulled over are waiting too. This McDonald’s is so slow

Daytime staff is generally pleasant but one evening drive through worker in particular is frequently short & rude without reason. Shame because most other staff are pleasant and personable. Just tired of dealing with it.

Ordered and paid for an Oreo McFlurry. Staff tells me at the pickup window that the order cannot be fulfilled and offers an apple pie instead.
I initially accepted the apple pie but went onto simply ask for a refund as that's nowhere close to an even trade. I was met with very rude behavior & body language when asking for a refund, and the staff at the payment window ignored me, and the pickup staff tried to do the same. I guess they thought I would just go away if they ignored me for long enough.
Seemed as if they felt entitled to keep my money although they clearly didn't give me what I asked them for.
I've given this location a handful of chances but these people simply do not have home training.
Probably convenient if you're on the road but I would not recommend this place as a regular spot to grab food.

We stopped at McDonald's on our way back to school from a field trip to a local corn maze. There were 37 students and numerous adults with us. It was right in the middle of lunch rush. The staff were absolutely wonderful and patient with our 5th graders. The food was great and the service was excellent! A+ to the crew working on Oct. 25, 2024. ❤️

My wife and I went to the McDonald's on South 87 in Fayetteville and just one word, "Trash". The Mcfish we bought wasn't as seasoned as before, maybe at all. I don't know how people are continuing to eat at any McDonald's because I've had bad experiences with their food at all the ones I have eaten at. This was the last chance.
