Literally the worst McDonalds in Cumberland County. Tonight was another example of how bad this place really is. Took my kid there. We ordered a nugget kids meal with sauce and being ketchup and a Big Mac meal without onions and without pickles. Got the order, fries tasted like they were 2 hours old. Asked for fresh fries. Get home and check the bag. No ketchup, and Big Mac had only pickles, cheese and Mac sauce. You would think that I would learn after 10+ times of my orders being wrong. Called back to speak to a manager, got an assistant manger (Precious) who seemed like she would rather walk on hot coals than talk to me about my order. So wish there were more options for food on this side.

There is always something happened when I choose this store, no carriers, no napkins, no sauce for nuggets, personnel at night they slow you have to wait more than 20 minutes they forgot is a FAST FOOD, they dont pay attention when you order and never give you what you ask. This place sucks.
It leaks water everywhere, the staff don’t help customers or clean and they leave their personal belongings in the dining area.
Staff looked at me and then proceeded to continue talking and not take care of orders that were coming in as well as help a guest that was next to me that had a messed up order he just ordered.
0/10 would recommend against coming here for service.

It's nearly 100 degrees outside and I just saw the employees refuse water to a thirsty teenager who looked no older than 14. He couldn't afford to pay for a water cup and they denied him even after multiple pleas. Do not support this business charging and refusing something free to someone who is in actual need. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS MCDONALDS FRANCHISE (there are 20 different restaurants you could chose within a 2 minute drive that don't violate our human rights)

The health department needs to check the women’s bathroom sink. There is not enough space Between the water and the sink wall to properly clean your hands as your hands continually touches the wall because there’s not enough space. Thefaucet was obviously not installed properly as it’s too far back away from the sink or a larger one should’ve been installed with the faucet that’s more extended out

I WENT INSIDE THEY CONSTANTLY ASK ME FOR MY RECEIPT THAT I CONSTANTLY KEPT SHOWING THEM FOR THEM TO SAY THERE MAKING IT AND FOR IT TO NEVER COME. FINALLY AFTER STANDING AND WAITING FOR NOTHING I JUST LEFT.
Today I ordered breakfast and as I was otw I received the notification that my food was done 3 minutes before I got there. So I pulled curbside and as I’m waiting abt 10 minutes, I’m looking back waiting for someone and the person who’s supposed to bring my order flags his hand to go through the drive thru from the door of the building. After going through Wednesday I was fed up at this point so I pull to the front door and as I’m getting out the car he walks to the counter grabs my food and hands it to me. AT 9:20 in the morning. LIKE IT HAS TO BE A JOKE OR SOMETHING
THIS HAS TO BE STOPPED PLEASE JUST CLEAR ALL THE EMPLOYEES OFF THE ROSTER AND ADD NEW ONES CAUSE AT THIS POINT DOESNT MATTER IF ITS NIGHT SHIFT OR DAY SHIFT NONE ARE GETTING THE JOB DONE.
If I’m spending as much as I do on McDonalds I 100% deserve proper service.

I came in the morning to grab breakfast and there was a HAIR in my bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Not only that, a girl working at the window had a nasty attitude. Terrible.
