It says open 24/hrs but I go there at 5am there’s cars parked outside and nobody want to answer the drive through! Change the time if your employees not trying to make peoples orders in the morning!!

I asked them for a chicken sandwich they forgot, the guy working there said he didn’t forget, I showed him the receipt and the bag. He said “you ate one of those” which is crazy. I told him that I didn’t eat one, they forgot one. He said “I know I put three in there you’re lying”

Finally the manager came over and asked what was going on, so I told them. They said they’d make me another one no problem. The guy got upset and grabbed a chicken sandwich, opened the wrapper and licked it, then said “here take this one, since you’re stealing you shouldn’t care cause free is free”

The manager said they’d fire him, but he was back the next week at work. He still works there today, so heads up he’s a sandwich licker.

Waited in line for about 40 minutes ( for a mobil order mind you). For my burger to be missing a patty and raw and my bestfriends burger to also be raw...tried to call just to tell them to cook it longer and no one answered so right along lines with normal fayetteville quality...

Seriously anytime I get an order from the drive thru they always miss something. I can probably count with one hand how many times I’ve actually seen bacon on my bacon quarter pounder. I always have to go back inside wait 5-10 before anyone gets to me. Then they give me my bacon in a box and now I’m left assembling something that should have been made right the first time. The worse part about this is this isn’t a recent event this is a reoccurring event that has happened in the course of the last year and a half. The manager not sure her name bless her heart for always correcting the crews wrongs. But honestly it should have never gotten to her level to fix. The people at the windows are always courteous hence the only reason worth going back. At this point I’m genuinely done with this particular establishment.

I’m still new to ordering via the kiosk (large touch screen)—my grandson helped me. He knew what he was doing. He also knew what he and his brother and sister wanted to eat. And the three of them did eat. They cleaned the tray. But I should add, the workers did a great job. The food was good. The service was fast. I asked for extra sauces (well, what do you expect with three hungry kids?) and was quickly served.

Terrible we waited 45 min for our order we ordered they sent me and 5 others in the drive thru to the mobile order pick up spots and we waited for our food ! Took so long and they came w other people's food 4 times ( wrong orders). Nothing fast about this fast food

I was literally just at this restaurant 5 minutes ago as a dasher. They had the intercom outside. After I finished my order, I came back and they took the intercom away from the door, which completely defeats the purpose of it. It's not fair that dashers get treated like trash. We literally pull up to pick SOMEONE ELSE'S food up, and get treated as if we are a burden. Just because the workers are making $9/hour doesn't mean we want to be doing the same. It's unacceptable that the employees get away with these things all the time.
