This McDonald's is at Good Middling Dr. or Rd. I ordered the McCrispy meal, extra pickles & fresh fries. After I paid, the drive-thru girl asked if I wanted a receipt. I didn't remember why she said she couldn't print me one. I asked if I could get one at the second window. She said she'd have to go up front to do it because the other others didn't know how. I told her not to worry about it as long as my order was correct. I should've known better not to give them the benefit of the doubt! š¤¦š»āāļø. The chicken was not crispy & it was overcooked. They only gave me 3 pickles. The fries were kind of hot, but not cold. The best thing in the order was the drink, coke. McDonald's coke is always on point!

Literally the worst McDonalds in Cumberland County. Tonight was another example of how bad this place really is. Took my kid there. We ordered a nugget kids meal with sauce and being ketchup and a Big Mac meal without onions and without pickles. Got the order, fries tasted like they were 2 hours old. Asked for fresh fries. Get home and check the bag. No ketchup, and Big Mac had only pickles, cheese and Mac sauce. You would think that I would learn after 10+ times of my orders being wrong. Called back to speak to a manager, got an assistant manger (Precious) who seemed like she would rather walk on hot coals than talk to me about my order. So wish there were more options for food on this side.

There is always something happened when I choose this store, no carriers, no napkins, no sauce for nuggets, personnel at night they slow you have to wait more than 20 minutes they forgot is a FAST FOOD, they dont pay attention when you order and never give you what you ask. Im so disappointed at this store

It leaks water everywhere, the staff donāt help customers or clean and they leave their personal belongings in the dining area.
Staff looked at me and then proceeded to continue talking and not take care of orders that were coming in as well as help a guest that was next to me that had a messed up order he just ordered.
0/10 would recommend against coming here for service.

Absolutely amazing food, the service wasnāt good enough unfortunately, still good though especially the atmosphere too it felt relaxing like you could just sit down and enjoy a meal with 0 worries and be full and joyous afterwards

It's nearly 100 degrees outside and I just saw the employees refuse water to a thirsty teenager who looked no older than 14. He couldn't afford to pay for a water cup and they denied him even after multiple pleas. Do not support this business charging and refusing something free to someone who is in actual need. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS MCDONALDS FRANCHISE (there are 20 different restaurants you could chose within a 2 minute drive that don't violate our human rights)

The health department needs to check the womenās bathroom sink. There is not enough space Between the water and the sink wall to properly clean your hands as your hands continually touches the wall because thereās not enough space. Thefaucet was obviously not installed properly as itās too far back away from the sink or a larger one shouldāve been installed with the faucet thatās more extended out
