The wait from the time I placed the order and to pay took at least 5 to 10 mins. No tea was out in the dining and ketchup dispensers was empty. After we finally paid for the food ot took even longer to get the food. It seems they are more interested in the drive thru, than the dining room. The burgers that I got looked like they had been set on. The buns was very flat.

This is one of the Best McDonald's I've ever been in NC, The only problem is some, managers on first shift, are like they don't like some kind of specific people in there, and the dine in area they close an hour early every day, they wont let U order thru the app and go inside to get it it , or either go inside, let you o decide what to get an order and eat inside, if you don't have a car or riding on a bicycle đ˛, after 9pm you will have to go thru the drive thru window, yup that's right and the dine in closing hours are at 10pm but they always close at 9pm, that's why I won't give them a 5 start review.

We came here just now to get a cup of water just now for my dog because we was traveling and spilled her water and needed more. I just asked for a cup of water. And got to the window and the manager and whoever he is was very rude and unprofessional and snapped and told us â you have to pay for waterâ no one told us a price at the window. I just wanted a small cup of water thatâs all. They charged me 1.50 for a cup of PLAIN water no ice. He didnât say hello provide good customer service or nothing. Iâve worked customer service for 13 years and thatâs not how you behave. We was waiting on our change and told them to just keep it. Iâve been to many McDonaldâs and this isnât a five star restaurant with high value water and itâs for a DOG. Zero kindness like we was bothering him or trying to steal food lol. I told them to just keep the change and left. Cookout donât even charge remotely that much for water.

Went here last 2 days in a row, workers have been short, unwelcoming and frankly slow at thier jobs, food items have been missing on both occasions. Just sat for 25 mins waiting on my coffee, I got inside to find the manager sitting on her phone then when I finally say something she gets up and makes the coffee in like 2 seconds. Terrible service 1/5 Iâd really like to speak to the district manager

The drive thru was backed up with other customers so I went inside. It wasn't much better inside, 3 customers had placed their orders and were waiting. Two customers were there complaining about not receiving all their items from the drive thru. I waited my turn and then all the orders came out at the same time. My McGriddle was great, my drink wasn't fixed correctly.

07/25/25- FRIDAY NIGHT around 8:00 PM.
I usually enjoy ordering through the mobile app at this McDonaldâs because my food is always ready on time and fresh. Unfortunately, today was a completely different experience. I placed an online order and waited nearly 30 minutes in the curbside pickup spot. During that time, I watched over 20 cars come and go with their orders, while myself and two other carsâwho arrived before themâwere still waiting.
I eventually went inside to ask about my order and stood at the register for almost 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Thankfully, a young Black woman came out and asked if I had been helped. I explained the situation calmly, as someone whoâs worked in fast food and understands how hectic it can be.
She went to check on my order and found that it had already been preparedâbut no one had packed it or brought it out. I was so frustrated, but I truly appreciated her stepping in to help and taking the time to make it right.
Not sure what went wrong today, but I hope this was just a one-off issue. Please do better with mobile order fulfillment and communication.

We stopped at McDonaldâs on Ramsey St! The indoor play area is perfect for kids, and the space is clean and family-friendly. Easy access with handicap parking, wide doors, and accessible restrooms. Quick service and a solid stop for a meal with little ones.

Happens all the time but finally today I'll leave a review. Sent in a mobile order for pickup. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes or so with only 2 cars ahead I received my food. 20 piece nugget and then a free (used points) 1/4 lb burger. The burger was so burned and smashed up ot looked as if it had just re-entered earth's atmosphere and landed at 500 mph on one of their buns which they were all too happy to serve to me. I mean, I get it they are kids but hell, they gotta learn that isn't ok. And with some of these jokers out here acting like what they get paid should be a livable wage as a server there they could at least try to care. # fight for 15. Remember that one? Lol, well I shouldn't be eating this crap anymore anyway. đ¤ˇââď¸đ¤ˇââď¸

If I could give zero Stars I would. I pulled up at 9:47 to order for my son and I was the only car in line this morning when the young lady asked me for my order I said the whole complete order just for her to turn around and say I'm sorry what do you want to order. I repeated my order two additional times just for her to say the same thing after I asked for a small caramel macchiato to drink with the meal she rudely said we don't have it her attitude song No One corrected her and this whole establishment and location really should be shut down for the proper training to management on down to regular employees there's always a problem at this location whenever I am in Fayetteville

I got to my car then opened my sandwich and it was wrong. I took it back inside and she took that same sandwich which I had already touched and took it right outside and gave it to someone else. Careless and nasty. Just about every customer had to bring food back by the way. They wasnât even READING the screen. Just making anything.
