Terrible service. Not sure who’s worst out the slowest between here and S. Raeford Rd. It’s been years and I don’t believe service has been worked on at all from cashier to management.

Refuses to make an order placed in mcds app and paid or do anything about it. Receipt at 1010 and walked a few minutes at the speaker so at 1035 I speak to them. The app says you are purchasing directly from the chosen store and directs you to the store for majority of the problems The app is connected to the store. But they say “ we don’t have nothing to do with the app”. How? These apps are really pointless. I should’ve just drove up here and placed order. if it wasn’t for traffic I would’ve been here before 1030a. Chicfila will make make your as long as it’s placed before 1030 - yes I surely should have went there instead.

I came here at 330 am est they adv its going to be a 10 to 15 min wait till systems pulled back up i stay in the parking lot for THIRTY MINUTES went back in line they said ANOTHER 10 to 15 minutes when i we t back in line I asked then WHY IS IT THE SAME TIME and said its gone be up at 405 they are SHUTTING SYSTEMS DOWN ON PURPOSE . came yesterday they had some DRUGGIES taking orders answering sound HIGH AS HELL . couldnt get any orders right I dont know who yall hiring for night shift but its sad as hell they leave your customers waiting for 30 min for sumn thats suppose to be fast food . Sad terrible horrible service

They closed the lobby to paying customers early but allowed all their friends to stay inside the restaurant while they messed around. Drive through was atrociously slow to recieve cold food. Makes sense when the employees are hanging out in the lobby with their friends. Do better.

There is nothing fast or fresh about this location. Any and everything I have tried to come here. They are slow rude. Forgetful and take 20 minutes after placing your order to get your food. For all that I could just make it at home.

This is by far the SLOWEST! McDonald’s in Fayetteville. I would not recommend. I sat in line for 7mins, then drove down the street to another fast food place. When I drove back by, the person I was behind was just getting up to the window.

I ordered something very simple only because I seen how long they were taking to take orders. Literally waited 15min didn’t even get a greet while waiting. Asked for a cheeseburger extra onions and still got the order wrong after being considerate to order small since they were taking so long. The guy in the window did a great job you can tell he was just having a night since they only have “3” workers in there. So it just sounds like yall need alil more hands on deck with that order being so simple it shouldn’t have been wrong smh. But it’s fine I’m not in the mood to go back up there just got off work and I’m tired. Would I recommend going here at night? No

They have absolutely no customer service. No greeting, no hello, no nothing. I just left, the food was hot and accurate but they were arguing and cussing about getting fired in the drive-thru. I was asking for ketchup and they were arguing so intensely that she didn't even hear me. No acknowlement, just handed me the bag, closed the window and kept right on arguing. Yall really let anybody work at yall establishment. Not asking for a lot, but customer service has to be better.

(10/11/24) evening. Young lady at the window handing out food was extremely rude. She did not greet me, she just asked "what's your order". I told her a 6 piece happy meal. She asked is that all, I said yes. She handed me the box and closed the window. I looked and she opened the window, and I said I didn't get my ranch or sprite no ice. She said "well I asked if that was all and you said yes". I said a happy meal comes with a drink and I asked for ranch with my nuggets. She walked away with an attitude and went into the lobby to get the drink instead of at the window. I got the drink and drove off, but told my daughter not to drink it. When I called the store, and spoke to the manager, she said she would take care of it. She seemed to have an attitude as well.
