3 times I've ordered 2 mcdoubles with extra onions. They charge me 30¢ extra each for the onions, and I get no onions on them at all. I ordered a 20 piece mc nugget and they asked me what sauce I wanted, then I get home with no sauce at all. My sodas are usually 3/4 full and the majority of the staff are rude and just don't care at all. Obviously poor management and the owner could care less. To hell with this place. Go spend your money somewhere else.

Wanted to let you know that the cashier lady working breakfast time around 8am at the drive thru was very sweet and very uplifting and positive. After Ms. Purple left, there weren't many workers that would be as positive as Ms. Purple. Take care of this lady there please!

Every time I come at night, everything is slow takes 15 minutes to get to the speaker, 10 mins one order down and remember then your ice cream machine always be down(after you “fixed”it) and the frappe machine down….do better really! Hire people or

We went to 2 McDonalds,both off of Cliffdale Road. Neirjer had any coffee, and the first said they were only taking cash. The second said that their machines were down, so they couldn't take any orders. Worst evening ever for a McDonalds. Very disappointing, I think we're done with McDonakds after this experience in 2 different locations.Dietary restrictions: Dietary restrictions- they wouldn't even make an order of anything. No service,no food.

Don't come up here at 630am on weekends or even today which is a Monday at 655am. They will not answer drive-thru ever. 3rd time and a line of 3 cars. Honked, spoke, still nothing. Person aimlessly inside staring at the tea dispenser. Not even a please give us a moment or anything.
