I pulled right up to drive thru placed order and proceeded to pay. The young lady said to pull forward to wait for food. It took 16 minutes to get a quarter pounder with cheese meal. The fries had no salt the quarter pounder was the Best I've had in awhile & to boot the girl that brought it out seemed very unhappy.

This restaurant was very dirty and gross. They had terrible service as it's a bunch of hood rats. They kept running out of things and were just obnoxious. The food was okay. We had no problems with the food other than they ran out of the drink I wanted and my moms drink wasnt what she asked for. Overall, I would not have come to this place.

Really poor service, and there's a gentleman who will come up to your car and beg, then ger angry if you say no. Order is wrong 60% of the time. Yesterday, I ordered just an orange juice, and the lady handed it and walked away immediately before I could ask for a straw or anything else.
It's not good food. It's quick "cheap" food, but the people who work here make the experience terrible.

The services in this location are one of the slowest I have experience in a fast food restaurant, and our orders are not exactly what we have ordered. The bun/burger seems to be a little smaller than other locations.

I feel so cheated just left this McDonalds and spent $60 but the fries were cold and pure salt. My double quarter was cold. Now the mcchicken I ordered was good. Very disappointed will not return. After working 12 hours stopped to get food for my family that was just unacceptable. Tried to call their store and the number listed online is not working. Well lesson learned no more Pamalee McDonald’s for me or my family!

Ordered the $5 box with sweet tea. Recieved one unsweetened, it was suppose to be sweet tea and missing a chicken nugget! No I didn't go back because it was cold and my mom enjoyed her food at home!

Not sure if it's just my bad luck, but every time I go here there's drama. One day I had no idea the 2nd drive thru Lane was closed, and after 4 people were served behind me, they finally apologized and said the lane was closed for orders. I'm a mobile order customer, so I tried to make the logistics easier. They had me lap the restaurant and wait on line again just to give them my mobile order number. Then the next week, all I ordered was a dang happy meal. They had me pull up to wait because they were out of happy meal fries. I must have watched 3 rounds of people get serviced to include fries.... So I went inside to ask for it. Ten minutes wait time. Not sure if the problem stems from management or just chaos.... But I learned MacDonalds happy meal fries are a specialty. At least they were that day. Give me a break!

I have no idea how this place is still open even when literally every time they either give you half of what you ordered and then paid for, then say you didn't order it because the fools "forget" to give you a receipt. Casually just got scammed from these guys because they don't want to just give us what we paid for. Come here if you want to be double charged for food.

I was at the food pickup window for 20 minutes waiting for my order which consisted of a large fry and small Dr Pepper. That was utterly ridiculous. Then when someone finally comes to the window, because us that entire time I was ignored while ppl walking back and forth doing other things, I don’t even get anything extra for the inconvenience. Like really

Ordered ahead on the mobile app. and still had to wait 20 minutes to get my order. No one else in line. I was told that there system was down. I have stopped here multiple times over the years at this time of day (4:30 a.m.). I am ALWAYS told that there system is down. Decided to try the mobile app. to see if it made a difference. Nope, still had to wait. This store is supposed to be 24hrs. Avoid if your in a hurry or want your food in a timely manner.
