I usually LOVE this location, food is always hot and frappe machine always works. But today, the entire lobby was filled at 12 noon with people waiting upwards of 40 mins to an hour for their order while the drive thru consistently moved with no wait. If the workers stop focusing on that damn time leaderboard and focus on getting orders out to customers waiting inside, then the day would have moved smoothly. Ordered thru door dash and it showed they canceled my order and then put only one meal thru. I called the store itself to see what was going on and some rude lady answered and hung up on me before I could even finish my question.

2. Yall need to chill being Karen's, I've worked in McDonald's, it's high stress and a lot of orders get mixed accidentally and mistakes happen during rush hours, especially for new hires. Best to just go in McDonald's calmly and talk to someone.
3. Atmosphere is okay, sometimes not very clean, I do understand people go in and out, so it's not always the workers fault.

When you come to get food at this restaurant, expect to wait 10 to 15 minutes after they give you a notification, if you order through the app, that the food is ready. If you order in store, expect to wait another 15 to 20 minutes because they serve your order on their system as “ready to be picked up” but haven’t even started to prepare it. This location has been trying to cheat the system by keeping their time down all while losing orders, making you wait 10 to 15 minutes, and handing out incorrect orders. The supervisor Jaime (spell check) was extremely unprofessional and gave an attitude when asked about these matter although I wasn’t being rude or giving an attitude, nor was I disrespectful. Save yourself some time and go to BK or don’t go at all.

The food is McDonald's food. It is not crappy but it's fast-food so 4 stars is the best I can do. I have never got sick from here before so.
The service is decent. The people are almost never rude but randomly they will not have any certian thing avaliable. One time they didn't have any water or something so they couldn't give us soda or tea but instead bottled waters. I do not think this is the employees fault though.
I personally have been inside very few times and that was only when I door dashed a year ago so I cannot speak to the atmosphere but from what I have seen it is normal.
Parking: They have the typical size parking lot which is around like 20 spots or something but it is connected to 2 other parking lots that are almost always half empty.
Worst mcdonalds in cumberland county. Rude workers and everytime i have ordered here it takes atleast 25 minutes to get food

Went to this McDonald's on legion rd in Fayetteville, I've have never seen a McDonald's this nasty. You could barely see out any of the windows, it looked like they had been cleaned with mop water, the floors were sticky, the drink area was absolutely awful. Went to the restroom and was literally afraid to use it. It was very sad. I was really afraid to eat my food. I did pour my drink out.
