This is the rudest, worst food McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. After this morning, I will never come back. Complaining seems to fall on deaf ears. No service, no manners equals none of my money.

Most horrible McDonald’s in Hopemills. No customer service. Always missing something from your order. Have to constantly come back employees giving us attitude when we’re spending our money at this McDonald’s and then if you ask for the manager it’s even he gives you even worse attitude don’t recommend anyone to come at this McDonald’s. I know it’s not the best food but don’t come here they’re horrible all around so if the owner sees this, please do better

Definitely going down in quality... I equate the lack of service to the self-help machines.. They suck and it promotes a no contact experience. Covid is no longer an excuse. .

The food was pretty good but the service could have been a bit better. There is one young lady there that is such a sweet girl that's very nice and respectful. She actually acts like she wants to work. Some of the workers their answer the intercom with an attitude and what not and it kills the overall experience. I wish I knew who the one woman was is always so nice to speak to when she's taking your order.

The way some of the managers treat their employees is insane. You can’t yell at your employees and expect your store to run smoothly. The bad attitude managers give the employees is bad business especially when customers see it.

I don't really eat McDonald's at all. So I will go get an ice cream from time to time for my 6-month-old Pitbull. I find it very frustrating that just about every McDonald's I try to order from says that their ice cream machine is down. This has been an ongoing situation throughout many states. I'll be glad when they can get this issue corrected. So now I just bought ice cream and made his own pup cups.

Staff were rude to each other and customers, very unprofessional behavior and language between staff members. The whole kitchen was disorganized orange juices and drinks were on the counter so long there was condensation all over them. I saw an employee drop a wrapped sandwich on the floor and still put it in a bag. Wait times were ridiculous, I had an order of 2 iced coffees, 2 hot coffees, and a hash brown I received no receipt like multiple others.My wait time was 45 mins after making it through a large crowd to get to the counter. Staff was unorganized and didn't know any orders, or they were lost. Drive through orders were priority I guess since it’s timed and tracked by corporate even though the orders was wrong and mixed up causing customers to come into lobby. It was tight and humid very sticky surfaces no wipes to wipe kiosk that’s covered in fingerprints and germs. Customers looking like the New York Stock Exchange, shoulder to shoulder. Surprised I didn’t have a panic attack in there. A fire marshal would definitely have a word with management. Door dash orders were wrong and drivers complaining about wait time as well.Management was no help to anyone! She was very rude as well although customers were patient with her with our complaints. When I finally got my order the hot coffee was almost cold and my iced coffee was warm and watery with a burnt coffee aftertaste so I threw them away. I called three times first time it was busy second time I was hung up on as soon as I asked for manager third time I was told the manager wasn’t taking calls and was hung up on before getting a word out. I will not be back no time soon and I deserve a refund from corporate cause Im sure not gonna go back to wait in that line and deal with rude staff and management that doesn’t take accountability.Parking: No spots due to so many people having to go in to get food or have it corrected.Kid-friendliness: Not a place to have my child, especially at the moment and never any other.

Extremely dissatisfying customer service. I’m sitting by at the drive thru and no one answers me. Someone drives to the other side and orders instantly so I pull up and try to order at McFlurry at the window and they won’t let me. The girl at the window was extremely disrespectful and rolling her eyes when I asked to speak to the manager . A girl walking outside walked up to my window and was basically telling me to move and that it was against corporate policy to order at the window. I asked her if she was the manager, she said no so I asked to speak to the Manager again! The manager comes to the window with an attitude and says two different were people are taking orders and I’m like okay, I pulled up first- I should order first. She takes my order and then says they can’t take cash. I asked for a 1800 number and she said they don’t have one. Just shut the whole damn store down
