I placed a mobile order through the drive thru here and everything was perfect. The drive thru employees were incredibly nice and I didn’t have to wait long for my food at all. The girl that handed me my food kept communicating with me and gave me an excellent customer service experience. I also got exactly what I wanted, including the extra toppings. This happened around 7:00 PM on February 15th. I just hope the team working that night knows that they are appreciated.

If I could give zero Stars I would. Tired of cussing these people out so I'm just going to give them the review. If you're hungry, go somewhere else. If you're doordashing don't accept it. It's not some of the time. It's every time with this McDonald's
The food is not fast - every time you go through the drive through you have to park and wait for your FAST food. There are currently 4 cars waiting for their food and no one is pulling straight thru getting their order. It’s frustrating and bad management. Time to stop using McDonald’s - if I wanted to wait for food I’d go to a red

If your DoorDash order gets stolen by some random they won’t remake your order and want YOU to cancel the order (those who use DoorDash knows that canceling your order after you place it does not give you a refund). L McDonald’s

Horrible customer service at this location. Employees are rude and will ignore you for fifteen minutes or until you go away. And they never get your order right either. Go eat at the Cookout right next door instead, save yourself some grief. This place is trash 🗑️

Took me almost 10 minutes just to get a frappe. Hey had me initially pull up to the line but after waiting that long I decided to go inside myself. I was told they were changing the bag or something. That’s all cool and all but the only thing I was given for my wait time was extra fudge WTH. THAT’S NOT GOOD SERVICE. My fries that came with my meal were also not fresh. Just disappointed.

Absolutely nothing good about this visit at this location. Order placed at 6:12 pm. Order consisted of a McChicken, a Cheeseburger, an order of fries and sweet n sour sauce. We were told to pull into the pickup lane and they would bring it to us. Our order was brought to us at 6:32. I had the young man wait so I could check the temperature of the food. It seemed ok. (young man was very nice).However the pictures show how our food was in the bag barely wrapped. Very unsanitary. Burger was cold.
Food is cold. Even the quarter pounder is cold it is supposed to be served hot as promised by McDonald's.
Every time I go to this restaurant, my order is never right. I either have someone else’s order or I’m missing something out of my order. Whoever runs the cash register at the drive thru is rude. They are extremely impatient when I’m ordering or trying to give them a code. And tonight there was no sign notifying anyone that they were closing early and there were customers in the lobby. I ordered online so I don’t have to deal with employees too long and they rudely were like we aren’t taking anymore orders. I stated I placed an online order. She was like well I don’t know what to tell you. But we aren’t making anymore food. You’ll have to call whatever app and get a refund. I understand the holiday and all but it was the way she spoke to me that upset me. Enjoy your holiday by all means but you still at work so act accordingly.
