This is the third time.i ordered from.there and more then three items was missing from my order I ask for fries with no salt so they should be fresh amd hot even with delivery they will still be warm.no my fries come cold with salt I ordered apples tonight with a medium 2 cheeseburger meal two large.fries two Mc chickens.with pickles and 2 apple pies fries all three were cold and with salt when it was picked to be without. I worked fast food so I know a re dip when I taste it my apple.pies.were not in the bag I will be there tomorrow because this isn't your first nor second time messing my order up with items missing which was paid.for I called to speak with a manager three times and the same ignorant girl picked up the phone said hello and hung up. Stop stealing from your customers or hire who actually double checks the bag to make sure everything is in the order as paid for. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE

I don’t expect much when visiting any McDonald’s but this one impressed me tonight! Super friendly crew of all males working the windows. Food was very fresh, line moved fast and they even had pies at 11pm which is unheard of at all the other locations I’m Fayetteville. Awesome job guys!!!

Late night drive-thru. Fries were lukewarm/stale, despite there being a line; $4 for a large and they don’t even fill it all the way up. They forgot the sauce for the McNuggets (no sauce at all). Ordered no cheese on a burger, they still put cheese on it. Just wanted something quick and easy after a late flight, ended up eating ramen anyway. Never wasting money at this location again.Dietary restrictions: You can ask for no cheese, but they’ll give it to you anyway. Lactose intolerant beware!

I love McDonald's coffee. The driver thru ordering was flawless, the workers were courteous they deserve $15.00 hourly. I always get a senior coffee small no creame, no sugar. I'm never dissapoointed.

Went to the McDonald's on Ramsey last night about maybe 9 ish or 10 got in there ordered our food ...Burgers tasted like they had been sitting up for several hours they were hard and everything I guess they didn't want to be to late cleaning the grill so that's why we got hard chewy burgers for 3.99 they need to do better...

They were busy and customers were being unreasonable with the time it took. If it's busy just wait your turn. I waited for mine and my order was correct. The guy seemed to have a good attitude behind the counter even though customers around him didn't. People just look to complain about something it seems. The guy behind kept mumbling about how the place sucks and he's never coming back. I just thought to myself please leave and save people a headache.Edits. 6 yrs later 2024 and they got even better. Food is fresh and customer service is great.
