My mom waited 45 minutes, had to go inside to get her order and still was not ready. She had to repeat her order twice when she went inside and she asked them that she needed her receipt with her order. And it still took him another 15 minutes to get her order done. That is unacceptable

Hours for the lobby states it opens at 6am and closes at 9pm. i stopped by around 7:30 am and the lobby was closed. I tried to talk to an employee and she shooed me away with her hand ***Very unprofessional and rude***. Worst customer service ever!!

Disgusting employees and disgusting food, they are too busy playing in the kitchen, the food is served either raw or overcooked, the manager is too busy running around trying to make friends with her employees instead of doing what she is suppose to do and train them to represent the company better! The service was absolutely horrible. Went through the drive-thru and the worker was silent half the time and acting like they were stupid. Got the entire order wrong. Said THREE TIMES NO SPICY!!! Gave us spicy anyways. Nuggets were super dry and nasty. Overall horrible experience and a horrible welcome to NC. If i could give a zero i would.

Do not eat this location just left drive thru a hour ago after getting food for my family tell me why I get home opened up my burgers and there is pure human spit on my burgers, the employees are spitting in the food! Unprovoked!
