April 21, 2024 Sunday 9:30 am. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit at drive through. Got home to see that it is bacon, NOT sausage. I took a picture of it on cell phone. However, this location is SNEAKY. Their review page does not have it where you can post a picture to PROVE I got bacon instead of sausage. This McDonads at 1900 Skibo road has removed that download photo option or made sure their location cant do that. I still have the picture. I am now going to the corporation website to download it there.

Place was decently clean. Food was standard McDonald's food. Honestly, my only complaint was how absolutely slow the staff was. Additionally, and I understand I am talking about staff at McDonald's but man, I have rarely seen a group of people who hate their jobs so visably. Will not be back. Go to Biscuitville or Burger King or something.

Front of the store & drive the employees ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ very friendly and polite. However whoever is preparing food needs more training. I had to go in cause my food wasn’t right. The front did ask me to check and I did but at this point. What does it matter it still not right… it’s McDs ??♀️

I asked “May I have that order freshly made Please.” I was asked to pull up to the front door , I waited for about 15 minutes … and received my order and it wasn’t freshly made. The fries were to salty , and a few fires were undercooked and the burgers weren’t hot ?

This location has amazing staff and food quality.Today I visited this location for lunch. I was greeted with a smile, helped right away, and received my order relatively quickly. This team works well together and is led by extraordinary management.Recommended 5/5 by Melo.

Every time I’m here I get absolute great service !!
One of the worst locations in the city service is terrible, it’s always some rude sassy person taking orders, and how can a 24 hour McDonald’s only do door dash and delivery at 3:00 AM like get this whole location together they take food back into the restaurant they make incorrectly which is by far the grossest thing I’ve seen I drive the extra 10 minutes to the other location to avoid this one like the plague

Wow. I am at a loss for words, I have traveled all around the country and I frequent Mc D's allot but this is hands down the best Fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I have also worked as a manager in many restaurants and know how hard it is to keep employees motivated and keep a clean restaurant while still providing excellent service. If your in Fayetteville and want McDonald's forget all the other ones, this is the one. Fresh soft biscuits, chicken and sausage was fresh and juicy.Dietary restrictions: They will try their best to work with whatever allergies you have just let them know ahead of timeParking: Big parking lot all around the restaurantKid-friendliness: Clean playground with tables for parents to eat while kids play but still able to watch their youngingsWheelchair accessibility: They have plenty of tables with chairs that can be moved with space for wheelchairs. The speed of the food that was ordered was great however the fries seemed unsalted.The environment here is also farely nice in comparison to other McDonald's chains. I must say however the sanitary conditions inside of the kids play place and toddler ares should be paid more attention to. When we arrived there were several bits of trash and debris in the play area.Keyshawn was an outstanding host, as soon as orders were ready he was getting them out to customers in the store he was an absolutely ELITE employee ??Kid-friendliness: Offers a simple play area with toddler accommodations.
