This location was professional, clean,quick and fresh! Drive the extra 5mins and use this location across from 71st High School versus the location on Good Milling Dr. Its world a difference.

The absolute dome pieces that work at this place CANT do their jobs right. I have to get my order correct EVERY TIME!! I’m not pulling up and waiting anymore. Y’all ganna have to figure it out.

I put in a mobile order at 5:25 AM I ALREADY PAID FOR MY FOOD. I didn’t make it to this location until about 5:40, and I’ll just remind yall this is supposed to be a 24 hour location. I pull up to the speaker said “hello” a few times with no response, pulled to the first window and saw the manger in the building I honked my horn and she completely ignored me so I pulled up to the second window honking my horn AGAIN to get the managers attention but she STILL IGNORED ME ! Then a man came from the kitchen trying to make excuses for this “manager” as to why she wasn’t taking my order or acknowledging me. I had to show the guy what I had ordered so he could make my food. While I’m waiting this manager FINALLY comes to the window trying to figure out what I ordered and I told her I tried to tell you what I had at the speaker but no one answered me, and all she could say WITH AN ATTITUDE was her headset did not beep….i use to work for McDonalds so I tend to be more empathetic towards the staff because I know how hard this job can be…BUT my experience here was terrible. She had the worst attitude and she didn’t even want to serve me the food I already paid for. Trying to hide, to fool customers into thinking that no one was working. The man in the kitchen should be in charge since this manger has no respect or hospitality for paying customers. And my food was mediocre but I’m not going to blame the man in the kitchen, because ATLEAST he ACKNOWLEDGED me. And he’s the only reason I’m even giving 1 star.

they keep lying about not having any drinks and I know this because I literally saw them give sweet tea to the car in front of us, when confronted about it the young lady said “I just work here I was told to say there isn’t anything to drink” very lazy like do your job

I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS MCDONALD'S AGAIN.!!!!!! I WAITED AT THE LAST WINDOW FOR ALMOST TWENTY MINUTES AND HAD TO GO IN THE JUST TO FIND OUT SOMEONE I HAD GIVEN AWAY MY FOOD.. THE MANAGER ACTED LIKE IT WAS NO BIG DEAL.AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT THE FOOD, IT WAS DISGUSTING...AWFUL

It’s always between the hours of 8pm to 5am when I get food and it’s never right or it has no condiments or things are supposed to be on the sandwich or things that I’ve ordered, It’s feels like since it’s that late they don’t have to do what they’re supposed to do as far as making the orders right because this is not the first time this has happened to me over 10 times and I live in the area and ever since they got new people in new management. It has not been the same from before I would like to have my food made correctly and how I ordered it even if it was on the app or in person it is sad to say that I have to waste money or waste gas to run back to the store to get my things done and then when I do people have attitudes And complain. Something needs to be done.

My brother ordered a big breakfast platter and a pancake with sausage add egg for me and my ma. First of all the presentation of the food was horrible. It didn't even look good to eat, how they threw all the food together. Also my sausage was missing. The container was not even big enough to hold the food. I called to speak to a Manager and I told her about the situation she did state to come back, but I told my brother just get a refund. He gets up there and she's giving him a hard time regarding the total, even the cashier remembered the total, just refund him his money and take care of the customer. Never will go back to this location ever again.

This McDonald's is one of the worst in Fayetteville. The food is always old and reheated. The staff is rude and disrespectful. They care more about their drive thru times than they do about actually putting out a good product. The management is not up to par in my opinion. Want to see a properly run McDonald's, go to the one across from Jack Britt high school.

Deplorable and abysmal customer service. What is the point of ordering online for a mobile order when they do not begin the order until you come to pick it up. As told to me by the male working drive through, until I come through the drive though to pick up my mobile order, until it's "clicked and paid" they don't start it. Even though my card was charged online and deducted. Then was adviced to pull forward to wait for my food that I ordered ahead to avoid the wait. Now sitting in the drive though wait g on an order placed online a half hour ago. Don't waste your time ordering online and I would recommend a different McDonald's. This one here has rude staff.

Online it says they are open 24 hours but when I pulled up at 5:40 am I was ignored at the drive thru then I pulled up to the window to speak with someone, they said they were closed.

Place was pretty clean overall, besides that ain’t much else that was good.

Pulled up to first window, they hand me a single biscuit and gravy, I tell them I have 2 sandwiches with that so they take the bag back. I’m moved up to the 2nd window and get left there. 28 minutes and 8 cars with their food later I back up to the first window and they say they forgot and are only behind because they need to make biscuits and gravy? I was handed one from the beginning I never got to keep, I know for a fact, that that one I was handed initially and 1 other 100% got served while I waited. Total wait time exceeded 35 minutes.

Food was warm, slightly. Hashbrowns cold and no salt.

2 female employees were screaming and fighting with each other over sweeping and mopping. The dude in there seemed like he could care less about working there (don’t blame him) but he was apologetic and got stuck with talking to me after 2 other employees wasted over half an hour. Also he updated me 3 times about what they were making back there, and how much time each thing had left. He’s the only reason it’s not a 2 star

Edit: my order was biscuits and gravy, 2 breakfast sandwiches, and 3 hashbrowns
