They never have good customer in the drive thru. Today they didn’t put the amount of cream and sugar I asked for in my coffee and I burned my tongue on nasty coffee I don’t even want now because it doesn’t taste right. The food is usually good but they train people poorly.

If I could give them a zero I would the one of the most nastiest mcdonald's in fayetteville. Treat your food like you will want somebody else to treat your food. With respect. Food cold hard bread let's go on.Its not even worth it.
Very bad service. The drive-thru employee doesn't even look at customers' faces and gives wrong meals ..I didn't even order a drink, and they service me with a drink and some random meals ...very disappointed with the employee who works in drive thru who serves meals

Went there at 1130 PM, waited in the drive thru line for 30 mins only to be told when I got to order speaker that they weren't taking any orders.

I had a frustrating experience at this McDonald’s. I initially tried to place my order using the self-service kiosk but couldn’t find the items I needed. When I approached the staff for assistance and explained that I had already tried using the kiosk, I was met with a rude response and told I would just have to “wait my turn.”
While waiting, I calmly tried to explain the situation to a different employee, letting them know that I didn’t mind waiting—I just wanted to clarify that I had, in fact, attempted to use the kiosk. Before I could finish, the same rude employee interrupted our conversation, cutting me off and saying, “I already told her she’s just gonna have to wait.”
What made the situation even worse was that, during my 12-minute wait, three other customers came in, placed their orders at the kiosks, and had their orders processed ahead of mine. I felt overlooked and disrespected.
In the end, I left without placing an order and without any food. I understand that things can get busy, but basic customer service—like listening to customers and offering help when needed—should always be a priority. This experience left me really disappointed and less likely to return.

You guys messed up really bad with the fries. How? Never seen soggy fries ever from McDonald's until going here! They weren't fully cooked.
Service was really bad today. Went inside instead of going thru drive thru because line was longer than usual. Ordered on kiosk but paid cash. Waited 15 minutes before someone took my payment. Once I paid I waited another 10 minutes before young lady was passing out another order so I told her what I was waiting on and she quickly made the tea and I was on my way. Other people were coming to counter wanting
to know what was taking so long to make there order. Now I could have said something to store manager and I think owner. They were with a few other employees in the sitting area going over something. I work in sales and customer service is my petpeiv. This store is usually the fastest out of several in fayetteville but today was a disaster. You are losing business because folks will walk out due to poor service. Share with managers please.
The lady was rude at the window and I didn't get my frapped. Because they said the machine was broke again, and the service just was not polite

Managers ignore customers and people at the front counter. They'll let people be loud as can be in waiting room on phone speaker without speaking to them.

I've been sitting in the line for over 30 mins and they haven't moved a single vehicle. I can't back out or leave at this point. They haven't moved anyone up or served a single customer.
Most places from the franchise don't have the food made in a quick manner and actually fresh fries and burgers are sloppy and pay attention to detail but here at this location I was very pleased!!!
