4am, wanted breakfast. Waited a few minutes which is completely fine. They claimed their system was “down”. Then, I saw this. Absolutely absurd. Stop supporting this McDonald’s.

Was shorted on change, several dollars cash awhile back and am still irritated. I asked for the manager and an older woman came over very loud and bossy and said she was the supervisor. When i explained what happened and showed receipts her response was to laugh like it was the funniest thing she had ever heard. It's only around 4 dollars but I could not get my own money back. And others in the store such as customers and workers looked at me, this was inappropriate and I feel like the cashier person (who vanished) robbed from me in effect. I walked out after throwing my bag in the trash. Certainly avoid this location. If you do go bring exact change and ask for the manager to handle the transaction. I was able to get some food at a pizza place in the Eutah shopping center. It's not so much the four dollars or losing my food, it's how they feel they can do this at will and there is no actual manager in charge or who cares. I'd been warned about the place and should have listened.

Good lobster rolls give try ( like happy meal coupons / free gift cards ) pies like not sure if have any more ( bee nice to each other if ok) veggie burgers good not sure if they have any more ( good soda or drinks ) enjoy

If this the McDonald's with the Hardee's across the street then go to the Hardee's across the street. 20.mins in line employees outside smoking and I just drove off because that's ridiculous especially when you're not busy. Ain't nothing fast about this food!!

Í though the McDonald’s on Skibo road was bad but NO, this one on Bragg Blvd takes the cake! We had a big order so it was no surprise that we had to pull to the side and wait, but 30 minutes?!!! And to top it off the food we received not only looked but it tasted like it had been sitting there the ENTIRE day the fries were burned and hard and the cheeseburgers cold and stale so I don’t know what took so long. Not sure who’s in management of this location but they sure as heck aren’t managing anything, they should be embarrassed of being in charge of this establishment

This particular McDonald's is always clean when I go there except for the occasional unflushed toilet in the ladies room. The staff is always friendly and quick, andmy food is fresh and hot.
Waited in the drive thru for a good 15 mins for a manager to be in the window taking order and payment but she can only do one at a time. How I gotta wait 3 plus mins to pay because she taking an order. How are you even a manager at that. But then fries cold and overly salty. Asked for buffalo sauce and I got one. A single sauce for 2 wraps and DQP and fries good job. 10/10 don’t recommend

Honestly don't know why the reviews aren't better. I came on a Mon at 10:30 and it is so clean, smells good, bathroom was very clean. The manager dude was high energy and friendly, eager to help everybody. My order was correct. Literally nothing to complain about.

It's convenient on my way home. They tend to move pretty quick, more times than not the food is fresh. The staff has been pleasant every time I visit. I always use the drive thru.
