So the question how was MI Casita Tallywood just popped up into my email, as a reminder that I had visited and not left a review. I don't typically review places that I've been to hundreds of times over the past 30 years but this time I must.It was blah.The food was rushed out and it lacked real flavor. Not the Mi Casita of last year and surely not the first on the scene Mexican restaurant of the early 90s. It was just blah. And it wasn't just me saying that. My bride and daughter, her two friends that tagged along and my buddy Dave and his family who came in shortly after we sat down; we've all noticed a significant difference lately.I know the new restaurant is being built just feet away and that may account for a lack of attention to detail but please, fix what you have going on now before people like me stopping walking in through the doors.

I had one of the best fajita chicken taco salads in my 50 years here on God’s green earth. The chicken was incredibly flavorful and mixed so well with the sautéed veggies and lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, and sour cream, in a fresh, crispy tortilla shell. Perfection for lunch! I will definitely come back here to try some of the other delicious looking menu items.And sorry— I would have taken a picture, but I inhaled the salad before I even thought of snapping one…
Don’t go to any other MiCasitas in Fayetteville. This one is hands down the best in every way. Food is amazing fresh and perfect every time. The customer service is great and they go above and beyond. Love this location!
