This is maybe my second or third time eating and leaving a new review for this location. It always gave me 5 stars across the board. It’s Cinco De Mayo. I wanted to try the new building on Raeford but they were overcrowded. I thought to go to El Casado on the other side of Raeford, overcrowded. Then I remembered, the Micasita that never fails me. They sat us right away. We waited for a bit for a server, understandably, it was a busy day. A gentleman noticed we didn’t have drinks with our chips and salsa and came to check if we had a server yet. He became our server and was very nice and attentive. He explained the wait and made good suggestions. He would look over to check on us and offered us a dessert on the house for the delay. We turned it down. Even on one of their busiest days we still got great food, drinks, and service! Thank you for always being my tried and true best Micasita location! Happy Cinco De Mayo!

The food is always amazing! Hot, fresh, and exactly the way I asked for it. Our server Eder was incredible. He made outstanding drink suggestions and was nice all around. I’ll definitely ask for him when I come back. Very good lunch break on busy but lazy Sunday.

Just tried to charge me $12 for an order (not even the large!) of chips and queso. No bueno.

Terrible experience. The waitress who served us, when we asked her a question about the menu, simply replied that it was exactly what was written there. She didn’t explain anything at all. She just told us to read what was on it. The amount of food is very small; in the photo you can see the portion of steak for two tacos, and we decided to order an extra portion, which turned out to be the same amount that came with the tacos. A scam. I absolutely do not recommend it… Awful customer service and ridiculous food portions. We will never come back.

I ordered my meal through DoorDash on 26 July 2025. When I received my delivery I noticed my beans and rice were missing. I immediately called the restaurant to inform them. The young lady that answered was working the restaurant and register. She took care of me immediately!! Showing grace and apologized for the error. I adore this restaurant, my favorite Mexican cuisine. That’s why I have great appreciation and respect for this location. They won’t argue or fight with you, they humble themselves and correct the mistake. Mi Casita on South Reilly Rd sets the standard for ALL restaurants in the Fayetteville area. Love you guys work ethic’s. To the young woman that assisted me the order name was Cy’ Aunna, bless you sweetheart and we need more experienced employees/ managers like you. You really warmed my heart gracefully taking care of me. Thank you very much🤎

This is my familys go to spot for great food and great service.They are always consistent and I have never had a bad experience and I have been coming here for years.The penne pasta is really good, so is pretty much everything on their menu.The food is always good and the prices are very fair.
