I got the most distressful customer service at that restaurant. Food DISGUSTING and BURNT and it STINKS there. Receive incorrect order and called in to have a refund or remake. I was given attitude for call to report my order. Went to the restaurant, the girl who is accepting orders at the who must be sleep with the owner thinks it her restaurant is giving me ultimatums about my service after getting my order wrong. The worst Japanese restaurant. Don't eat there.

My family and I love eating here. The menu has a wide variety, so there’s something for everyone. The kids enjoy the chicken hibachi, while I usually go for steak. Everything always comes out delicious and hot. We’ll definitely keep coming back.

After ordering I went to get the 2oz cups so I can put white sauce in in them. There was a sign stating having issues with lids not fitting so I go back to the counter and ask for a reg cup that a lid will fit for the sauce. Lady stated it a will be $6 for white sauce in a reg cup. I stated how else will I be able to transport the 2oz cups with no lid so I would have no choice but to pay $6 for it. Bring your own cup for white sauce or be prepared to pay $6 per cup
I order the same thing all the time and when I told them it wasn’t right they told me it was and nothing was wrong with it. And tried to convince me it was. This isn’t the first time. It’s the first time I said something. Even the zucchini isn’t fully cooked.

Purchased hibachi chicken and shrimp plate. When eating the chicken it tasted horrible. Contacted the restaurant to express concerns that chicken may be old due to the taste. I was informed by management that “there is nothing we can do bc the food taste weird”. They didn’t offer to remake food, refund it, free plate during next visit…nothing! Will not be returning and highly recommend that no one else eats there!!

This restaurant’s take out system is horrible. They ignore the phone ringing, and when they finally answer, they put you on hold until they eventually hang up the phone. This has been our experience multiple times. We have just been told after waiting to speak to someone that they no longer take orders over the phone past 8pm. Dealing with the service isn’t worth the food here.
