Cashier was very helpful and helped me and my family out. She carried out our trays to my father in his wheelchair. Food was delicious I will Retuen again! Prices have gone up a little. Came in on a busy day, cashier still accomodated me and my wife's requests.

Placed an order and got the food all the way home to find hair in my food. I called this establishment and was told to bring the food back. Once the food was returned I asked for a refund and was told they don’t do refunds. There was no sign stating no refunds were given. The worker then proceeded to argue with me that it wasn’t hair in my food from someone’s head but it was hair in my food from a mushroom. This place has lost a customer.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Rude staff, management refuses to talk and the food looked awful. I just wanted a refund and they refused. Go to the one off of McPherson Church. It is much better and safer.

This is the worst experience I have ever had since I have been going out to eat. The front desk girl is so rude and cocky. I can't believe I just wasted $50 on poor service and food.I ordered shrimp soda (noodles, chicken and shrimp), I was served rice, chicken and shrimp. When I requested for noodles and not rice, the front desk girl had gut to tell me I have to pay extra $2+ to change my order.You guys can see where my family and I are sitting...right. See where the front desk girl dropped my food.Worst eating out experience!Worst customer experience!Never to step on this restaurant door again.

The service are always very quick, and the kind man who gives me my food before I leave is always very polite. However, when I first get there, the man who takes my order and greets me into the store, is very nonchalant and a little standoffish. I would appreciate if he was more friendly however, the food is very good. I feel like the prices are perfect. I love eating here.

I love it here, dining or ordering for pick up. A hidden gem for sure. Food is delicious, no wait and everyone working here is sweet. I go at least twice a week. I highly recommend ❤️

Food was not fresh and when asked for a refund they wouldn’t do it because no manager was there. Then I proceeded to ask for remakes of my order but still would not do it. The young lady that took my order was rude and had an attitude when I was asking about a refund. When the manager Tony came in he was EXTREMELY rude and put his finger in my face. Then gave me the wrong number for corporate when I asked, when I told him I threw up after eating 1 piece of shrimp he proceeded to say “ how is that my problem “ . Also the bathroom was filthy with no napkins in there, tables weren’t clean, bug flying around it was just not a pleasant experience and I will not ever be coming back to this restaurant just because of the service.

I may never go here again, the sad part is that the food was good , however the customer service was horrible , I walked to the counter and said hi I’m here to pick up my order my name is Kimberly . The guy looked at me like I was stupid handed me my food I paid and he jumped back on his laptop. No thank you are hi back nothing . Horrible customer service. I work hard for my money when I spend it I expect to be treated kindly. It’s sad that we are living in a world of entitlement.
