Visited yesterday for the first time and last time. Waited over 30+ minutes for a small portion of food, which was unexpectedly disappointing. I would never ever go to this place again. Food was edible but not delicious.

The service are always very quick, and the kind man who gives me my food before I leave is always very polite. However, when I first get there, the man who takes my order and greets me into the store, is very nonchalant and a little standoffish. I would appreciate if he was more friendly however, the food is very good. I feel like the prices are perfect. I love eating here.

I love it here, dining or ordering for pick up. A hidden gem for sure. Food is delicious, no wait and everyone working here is sweet. I go at least twice a week. I highly recommend ❤️

Food was not fresh and when asked for a refund they wouldn’t do it because no manager was there. Then I proceeded to ask for remakes of my order but still would not do it. The young lady that took my order was rude and had an attitude when I was asking about a refund. When the manager Tony came in he was EXTREMELY rude and put his finger in my face. Then gave me the wrong number for corporate when I asked, when I told him I threw up after eating 1 piece of shrimp he proceeded to say “ how is that my problem “ . Also the bathroom was filthy with no napkins in there, tables weren’t clean, bug flying around it was just not a pleasant experience and I will not ever be coming back to this restaurant just because of the service.

I've been a customer at this establishment for a few years now. the quality of food had gone down tremendously, and so has the service. Twice I've come in and been hassled and questioned about the number of sauces as if I'm not a paying customer the white gentlemen ahead of mean was free to get whatever he wanted but when I get to the counter , it's 21 question time. I had no idea being black meant I can't have the same experience as everyone else in the store.

Less than mediocre food for too much. I've been to Mikoto Jr several times but this was my first visit to this location. I ordered 2 chicken bowls and a filet and chicken combo. I specified medium well and sat down to wait for the food to be prepared. To my surprise in less than 3 minutes my plates were fixed. My steak had a bitter/rancid taste as if it had been prepared days earlier. It was surprising that a special preparation order had been prepared so quickly. Anyway I expressed the problem to the employee. She didn't address it. She simply walked away. I will not be going here again.

I may never go here again, the sad part is that the food was good , however the customer service was horrible , I walked to the counter and said hi I’m here to pick up my order my name is Kimberly . The guy looked at me like I was stupid handed me my food I paid and he jumped back on his laptop. No thank you are hi back nothing . Horrible customer service. I work hard for my money when I spend it I expect to be treated kindly. It’s sad that we are living in a world of entitlement.

Went to this establishment 10 mins ago to pickup a call-in order. I checked the bag because I ordered hibachi chicken and shrimp double veggies no rice. I tasted the chicken and it was teriyaki. I addressed the young man working and said I didn't want teriyaki. He proceeded to tell me that "by default we give everyone teriyaki ". I asked for hibachi. He says "ok, we can get you hibachi chicken". He proceeds to start puttung the food out of my container back into their chicken pot, I say " hey hey!! I ate out of there!! That's how I knew it was teriyaki ". His response was "we have to save or resources" and he put that food back in their food bar. I was completely disgusted by this. This has always been my go to but after today I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ??? Their male employees are very aggressive then play victim!!! I would never spend my hard american dollar with them again. THE MAIN FOCUS SHOULD BE THAT 94.0 SANITATION GRADE..I didnt see not a hair or beard net in sight! I FEEL SORRY FOR THE COOK!
