We arrived at the same time as another family right when doors opened. We both got seated, however there was only one waitress. The chef started grilling the 1st table. Half of that table came after use. Another chef didn't come out for a very long time. The 1st table was basically done eating when our chef was starting to cook our food. The food was good the waitress was good, but the wait time was terrible. I would think that if Someone arrives when the restaurant opens...
We went in & ordered 2 Steak & Shrimp & a Crunch Roll. We waited 30+ minutes for our order. At 1st we thought it was because they were busy. Somehow our order ticket got "misplaced". We were not the only customers waiting way over the average (15 mins) wait time to get the order. A couple of ppl had missing/wrong food from/in their order. The amount of food has gotten smaller as far as serving size (we got 6 medium Shrimp & 3-4oz of NY Strip steak cut...
